N’essayez pas d’annuler une commande: il ne semble pas comprendre le sens du mot annulé. La plupart des sites transactionnels offe un simple bouton pour annuler une commande. Les délais sont interminables. Ils ne respectent pas leur propre politique d’annulation. Ils vont plutôt argumenter. A éviter.

Bought an Arai Rx7v helmet because it was much cheaper here than anywhere else. Shipment was fast, only taking about 4 days from Italy to The Netherlands. I think people talking about “scam” “don’t buy here” are just waiting on products that aren’t in stock and have to be shipped by the supplier. Can confirm, legit and honest. Cheers.

Andando a montare il pezzo mi accorgo che il forellino per inserire vite + dado non combacia bene col foro dello scarico…
ho dovuto prendere il trapano.

Li avevo contattati tramite mail per avere informazioni riguardo a un casco (data la distanza dal negozio fisico), la risposta è stata rapida ed esaustiva, la consegna veloce e senza problemi. Mi hanno seguita dalle procedure dell'ordine al post consegna. Ottimo servizio! Consigliati senz'altro per ulteriori acquisti!

Bought an Arrow exhaust for Ducati panigale v4 on the 20/8 for €1900 it’s now 16/9 and still no shipping details, have requested to cancel and refund on the 12/9 and they still haven’t cancelled or refunded me my money. The item was listed as 5-15 working days to ship which has long passed.

Hat alles super geklappt, war kurz skeptisch aufgrund der negativen 1 Stern Bewertungen.

Die Arrow Komplettanlage für die Mv Agusta wurde innerhalb der 15 Tage geliefert und ist in einem 1A Zustand angekommen. Freude für mich, aber weniger für die Nachbarn 😂

Do not buy from them.
Ordered an Akrapovic exhaust on the 19 August for £830, was told 15 days delivery then told 21 days.
Sent many emails and no response from Emanuelle and as yet no refund.
Sent many emails, clearly a scammer.
Passed all the details to the local police and have spoken with the police on the phone.
now you have replied let’s hope my order will be shipped as you say by the 9 September, ever hopeful.
Well we are now September 11th and still no shipping details only one email saying it will get shipped.!
Now the 16th September and you’ve stopped responding to my emails and request to cancel the order and a full refund.
Just to add, today 1 month after they took my money still no response still no goods, despite writing to them and cancelling my order and still no refund.
I have contacted the local police department near to where they trade and they are already aware of the operation and how they con people.
I urge anyone to not use this company despite their good reports which are probably fake.

Just to add to the con and nearly 5 weeks later, I’ve now been given a tracking number which isn’t correct or according to Poste Italian it’s a number over 24 months old, so again more lies.!
This company have had ample chance to honour my order and ample chance to refund my money neither has happened despite 7 requests from me, all the crap about delayed delivery etc etc is just pure lies.
Hopefully they will cease trading.
And for the person who said there not out to con people I suggest you read all the very poor feed back left by other customers that have had money stolen from them.
I have been verbally abused in emails by this company being called childish, arrogant, bipolar argumentative and an imbecile! Is this anyway a company should behave.
After 42 days the item gets shipped. I didn’t accept the item as I have had a refund by my card company in the meantime so the goods still remain the property of the company. Regardless of 9 attempts to cancel which they ignored, avoid this company.
Went with another company and the exhaust will be here 8 days after placing the order.

Placed a order in March of 2025 which never arrived. Emailed several times requesting a replacement or refund and Emanuele is very rude and argumentative. Terrible customer service and and eventually stopped replying - has not replied to my last three emails and I am not out of pocket of £580 and never received the exhaust I ordered.

Ordered a set of Ohlins at a much better price than I could source locally, sent a few enquiries via email, all of which answered promptly, politely and helpfully. Received my order well within stated time frames too. Very happy from ordering to receiving thank you.

Absolute Katastrophe!!! Unkooperativ, eingebildet, absolut nicht hilfsbereit. Antworten dauern Wochen wenn überhaupt geantwortet wird und dann kommen nur Ausreden. Am Ende wurde alles so lange hinausgezögert dass auch die Gewährleistung verweigert wurde. Überlege nun rechtliche Schritte gegen diesen Shop! Würde jedem empfehlen bei diesem Shop NICHTS zu kaufen.

Website was easy to use, considerable saving from buying locally and delivered in good condition and within time frame quoted. Overall, a good experience and would use them again.

Excellent price, service and communication.
Postage was quite slow to Australia, but somewhat expected considering the very reasonable shipping cost.

Excellent seller. Was prompt in answering a question when I email them. Came before the expected date. I will definitely use them again.

Ordered an exhaust from them. Was promised to ship in 5-15 working days. Wasn't shipped on time, the seller ignored my email question and paypal refund request. Then still sent the exhaust after 1 month and didn't want to approve the refund. In the end I resigned from the package and got my refund through paypal support. Time is wasted.

Leider sehr intransparent bei Kosten....obwohl als Schweizer Seite ausgewiesen sind die zu erwartenden Kosten verheimlicht
Artikel gekauft für CHF 130.-, schlussendlich mit Transport, Zoll, Nachbearbeitungsgebühren bei CHF 201.- gelanden.....sowas ist verschleierung

J'hésitais a acheter un tel montant de presque $1000 CA sur un site qui ce trouble en Italy alors que je suis au Canada mais le rabais était tellement bon que j'ai finalement fait la transaction.
Un énorme merci a EM-MOTO pour la qualité de son service, l'item est arrivé au Canada chez moi en moins d'une semaine et tout était parfait comme spécifié sur commande.

I was initially a bit concerned about the shipping times after reading some of the reviews—especially since I was ordering from Northern Canada. But I have nothing but good things to say.

The team responded promptly to all my email inquiries, and the products arrived exactly as expected—no damage, nothing missing. I even made a mistake when ordering the ring for my tank bag, and they quickly corrected it and sent me the right part without any hassle.

Delivery took less than two weeks, which exceeded my expectations. The only minor challenge was tracking the shipment—the updates paused at an international airport in Italy, and the estimated delivery date was a bit unclear (which may vary depending on your location).

As for the product itself, it’s top-notch. I’m extremely happy with my decision to purchase the Givi panniers. They’re very well-built, sturdy, and— in my opinion—worth every penny.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely order again.

3 Wochen nach Bestellung traf die Lieferung (Shoei Neotec 3) ein. Alles war immer sehr transparent und ich war immer über den Stand der Dinge informiert. Bei der Einfuhr fallen zwar noch Zoll- und MWST an, aber das sollte man schon zuvor wissen. Dafür ist der Preis des Produktes sehr gut. Durchaus Positiv.
