Estafa! La calidad es médiocre y el producto no tiene nada que ver con las fotos. Además de tardar 20 dias en recibirlos y haber enviado mas de 20 mensajes solicitando cancelación y reembolso. Viene de China.

Estafa. No llega el pedido ni contestan a los mensajes

Es un FRAUDE: Reciben el pedido y dicen que lo procesan. Han pasado así cuatro meses y nunca llega. Responden a mis reclamaciones inmediatamente diciendo, "lo sentimos, llegará inmediatamente". Mentira. No devuelven el dinero. No indican ningún teléfono donde reclamar.

Es una estafa. Te dicen que han recibido tu pedido a los pocos días qu el pedido está en camino . Y nunca llega. Al reclamar al correo me dicen que van a ver qué sucede y hasta hoy no hay ni producto ni respuesta.

Would give 0 stars. Ordered a mattress, after sleeping on it a few weeks requested a return since they have a 100 day satisfaction policy. Long story short it took 2 months for them to coordinate someone to pick it up for me, since then another month or two and no refund. They told me I need to share a receipt that it was picked up but no one told me this before... Obviously it's in the garbage somewhere. Their chatbot is not connecting me to a human and they don't answer emails. So there you have it, never buy from Emma please.

Es una estafa!! Lo que publicitan es un el cierre de taller de joyería artesanal, MENTIRA!! Las supuestas Joyas vienen de china. Hace días compré un anillo y unos pendientes para un regalo y a día de hoy no he recibido nada. He hablado con Ellos por correo y me dicen qué las joyas están en tránsito. Les he pedido un tfn de contacto y que me devuelvan el dinero, no me han contestado!!
A ver cómo acaba esto,me han tomado el pelo.

Le vendieron a mis padres,personas mayores y vulnerables...unos collares de CHINA empaquetados en FASHION JEWLRY a precio de plata,tardó más de 20 días y cuando llegó además de ser producto CHINO le faltaban piedras..al descontento e intentar devolverlo le pide que sea a su cargo y directo a China ni si quiera a ella...y su taller artesanal...Directos a la OCU a denunciarla.

Estafa. Dice ser una joyería artesanal. Compré un anillo, me lo enviaron defectuoso,y al intentar devolverlo,me exigían mandarlo, a mí cargo ! a China!!. Ni artesanal, ni productos de calidad. Lo dicho,una estafa

Pedí un sobrecolchón que llegó sucio. El chat es muy poco fiable y no tiene acceso a conversaciones anteriores. Me pasé más de una hora intentando solucionar el problema aunque no era culpa mía. No voy a volver a comprar allí hasta que mejoren el servicio del cliente

Je devais recevoir mes oreillers entre le 17 et le 24 decembre. Aucune nouvelle sur le retard et toujours en attente. J´avais achete un matelas en 2023 avec la meme experience. Les produits sont bons mais le service Client est desastreux. Dommage

La gestión de la entrega y recogida del colchón fue interminable, casi un mes. Ahora, el reembolso está siendo igual de lento, ¡más de 15 días para recibirlo! Tuve que enviar innumerables correos electrónicos y pasar por chats interminables con el bot del sitio, para luego lidiar con agentes en el chat completamente incompetentes.

La verdad es que el colchón no está mal, pero todo lo demás convierte a Emma en un vendedor poco fiable, mal organizado y que, sinceramente, no pienso volver a utilizar. Emma y todo su equipo deberían avergonzarse y replantearse por completo su sistema de ventas y servicio postventa.

El día 26 septiembre retiraron los productos y siguen debiéndome los 1.482'83€ canapé y colchón comprados en el Centro Comercial de la Gavia (Vallecas-Madrid). Repetidos correos a la tienda y ni contestan. Sois unos impresentables. Y no me respondas con q te pase datos privados por aquí. Había con la tienda yaaaa y Adelina u otro comercial te puede informar. La venta a Abel y no doy ni un dato más por este chat. QUIERO MI DINERO YAAAAA SINVERGÜENZAS

We had bought a complete set, mattress cushions and a base. After a while, we decided to send the mattress back to Emma and asked if they wanted to come pick it up. They told me that they only could pick up the complete set, and this happened.

When the day came for the items to be collected, the collectors said that they were only instructed to take the mattress with them. Contacted Emma and a second pick-up order was confirmed, a man came alone who said he couldn't do it alone and left again. Then suddenly a week later a man showed up at the door again unannounced and he came to try again.
Finally, 3 men came and took everything that was left. This was 3 weeks later.

Now 2 months after this date, Emma still has not refunded our money and they no longer respond to my email.

Emma itself is a nice product, but their costomer care department is terrible.

Stay away from this company and don't buy anything here. Better go to IKEA with better customer service and fast delivery and collection service.

The worst customer service experience I ever had.
The bed is good, no questioning that. Our cover's zip got broken, so I asked for a replacement. It took them 4 months to answer, after countless attempts. By then, the mattress itself was damaged because well ... It didn't have a cover. So I asked for a replacement as well because a new mattress used for 6 months and bought for 1500 euros should be in good state. That was in April. We are in end of July, they keep telling me a transporter will come and they never do. I spend entire days waiting for our appointment, with a mattress ready to be taken in the middle of our flat, for nothing.
I can't recommend buying there. Yes the quality is good, but the customer service is inexistent and a pure torture.
At this point I will get in touch with a consumers association for help to resolve that issue.

EL COLCHÓN SE DEFORMÓ A LOS 5 MESES DE SU LLEGADA, EL PROCESO DE DEVOLUCIÓN ERA QUE TE RETIRABAN EL COLCHÓN Y A LOS 10 DE MANDABAN UNO NUEVO!!!! NO TUVIMOS MAS REMEDIO QUE CLAUDICAR PORQUE SI NO MANDABAN UNO NUEVO. EL COLCHÓN SE LO HAN LLEVADO HACE 10 DÍAS Y AHORA SOLO NOS DAN LARGAS!!!!!!!!! NO COMPRAR NADA EN EMMA!!!!

Después de un mes de espera, me dicen que no tienen stock y que no saben cuando lo tendrán.
Les mando un e-mail y ni contestan.
Les anulo el pedido, después de un mes y me dicen que tardaré un mes más en recibir mi dinero, increíble.
El chat es una tomadura de pelo.
La atención al cliente, una vergüenza.

Tiempo de entrega superado con creces, el seguimiento del envío da información incorrecta. el colchón se informó como enviado a pesar de que aún no se había enviado. No se pudo acceder al portal de servicio. después de mucho tiempo llamó un empleado que lo atendió de manera amistosa. la naviera era completamente incompetente. Conduje 250 km gratis para recoger el colchón que no había solicitado que me recogieran.
