Great customer service & responsive

Ordered the mini platinum hoops as I already have the clip knot hoops in gold and love them. Sadly for me the mini hoops have a different fastening (spring back) that I can’t use as I have some mobility issues in my hands. No issues with the delivery etc, very prompt, and the mini hoops look nice but I can’t get them on!

I bought quite a few clip on earrings from Emma Holland. They are good quality and great fun to wear.

Beautiful earrings and excellent delivery.

A very prompt and efficient service. Will use you again

OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND LIGHTENING FAST DELIVERY.
I recently lost one of my brand new Emma Holland gold + crystal dropped clip -on earrings on my first wear and was absolutely heartbroken. I reached out to customer service, and they responded incredibly fast . While they don't replace single earring , they generously offered me a 30% discount on a brand new set , saving me over £22. The service was extra quick - I believed the replacement arrived via Royal Mail the very next day . The earrings are absolutely beautiful, and now that i know how to secure them properly, I can't wait to wear them to an upcoming Special event. Thank you so much for the wonderful support. CEL

Beautiful jewellery, quick delivery, nicely packed

Great customer service and I’m very pleased with the earrings I bought lovely quality

The clip on earrings I’ve bought from Emma are so comfortable and look great. Quick delivery too. Returns are easy…ordered a necklace which didn’t suit me and returned it with no problem.

Great company to shop with. Unfortunately the design I chose was not suitable for me so had to return. Good communication and all went smoothly and speedily from ordering to delivery and return. Will definitely use again.

Great products, service and delivery time

Emma Holland clip earrings (I have many!) are always beautifully made and packaged, and comfortable to wear. For once I had to return a pair because they just didn’t suit me. The return process was easy and when I emailed to check whether received I got a personal reply and confirmation of immediate refund - very unusual and appreciated.

Web site brilliant. Earrings i wanted were out of stock but I was notified when they became available. I was delighted with my purchase they are really good quality and for clip on earrings very comfortable to wear and will definitely be looking to buy more in the future.

Amazing products can once again wear earrings and no itching for a few hours.

I purchased two pair of clip on earrings, the Sapphire Crystal baguettes and the gold and platinum diamond shaped. They shipped promptly and arrived well packaged. The earrings are just what I had hoped for, good quality and well crafted. I am very pleased with my purchase from Emma Holland.

I love these pearl clip on earrings , I’m have been unable to wear pierced earrings for many years , and have purchased a large number from you over the years , I have purchased dozens of clip-ons from other companies , which were unwearable

Thank you. I and my family members shall continue to order my supply from Emma Holland Jewellery.

Nicely boxed, clip on earings bought for birthday present seem good quality but time will tell. So far happy with purchase and price paid.

I love the choice of jewellery they sell at very reasonable prices
