Dear Deborah, we are very sorry that your stay at Antica Filanda did not meet your expectations and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Photos and garden: We understand the property may have looked different from the pictures. As mentioned on our website, photos are taken during the brightest time of year, and hot summer weather can affect the appearance of the lawn and garden.

Concierge service: We regret that our staff member did not seem professional. Your feedback has been shared with the team to improve service.

Cleanliness: We sincerely apologize for the issues you found in the kitchen, with towels, and other areas. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we are looking into this to prevent it from happening again.

Wasp nest: We are sorry the wasp nest was not removed as promised. We are reviewing this to ensure timely action in the future.

Waste disposal: As stated in our rental contract under the “Housecleaning” section, guests are expected to leave the property in good hygienic condition and follow certain waste disposal rules. We apologize if this was unclear or caused inconvenience.

Swimming pool: We regret the pool was not in optimal condition and are investigating the issue.
Communication with Emma Villas: We are very sorry for the lack of follow-up to your emails. Your feedback is helping us improve our customer service.

As sign of appreciation we offered a 10% discount on a selection of villas, valid through 2026, to acknowledge your experience. We hope this gives you the opportunity to enjoy a stay that meets the high standards we aim for.
