Good property descriptions, good communications. The villa we chose was located very conveniently for access and food shopping but was also 100% private and secluded without being remote. Four stars not five just because certain aspects of the villa needed a tiny bit of love and thought.

Rented a beautiful property, everything was up to a very high standard. Communication the whole time was brilliant and the concierge service amazing. No problems at all and a great experience!

Unfortunately, the weather was not what we expected 😢 But La Fonte 15 in Volterra is a beautifull well equipped house, in a spectacular location with a splendid pool in lovely gardens, magnificant views and is perfect for a large family gathering. Our grandchildren loved the table tennis room and we particularly enjoyed making Pizza in the Pizza oven. Stefania and Greta were helpfull and charming hosts and we warmly recommend a stay at La Fonte 15!

We rented Villa Giulia 8, and it was everything we could hope for. The location is near enough to town to be able to go and see the beautiful landscapes and architecture. The Villa its self is gorgeous and spacious. I would definitely rent again!

It was a lovely spacious house in a beautiful, out of the way Tuscan location. To add even more value, Emma Villas responded very promptly to our queries (even on a Sunday evening) and went out of their way to help our family holiday be the great success it was. Many thanks!

Emma Villas were very prompt in replying to my enquiries before our holiday. The photos and description of the property were accurate when we arrived.
The property had a spacious communal area and a lovely terrace looking out to the coastline.
The owner met us at the property and showed us the facilities and described all the local attractions. Throughout our holiday he was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and answered all my queries promptly.
We had a lovely holiday and would recommend Emma’s villas to our family and friends as a very positive experience.

We booked Villa Valchero for a 3 day stay for 7 people coming from abroad and also added a chef for a birthday celebration. Upon arrival, no Emma Villa representative welcomed us only the maintenance person whose command of English and Italian was limited. We entered a cold, damp and mold smelling home that had obviously NOT been aired out over the winter. The couches were still covered with blankets, big flies were circling about trying to get out and a HUGE abandoned reptilian tank with stinky mold was in the main dining area! The bed linens were cold and damp. The furniture did not match the photos and overall it was a terrible experience. We also had to go to a specific spot outside the villa to get wifi to contact the Emma Villa representatives. It was already late in the day and had to react quickly and find alternative accomodations for 7 people! We also had to cancel the chef which cost us even more. The customer service people refused to refund us. I am so disappointed as they completely misunderstood how unprepared the house was for our stay.

Abbiamo affittato un casale ben restaurato a pochi chilometri da Castiglione del Lago, Poggio Vistabella 10, che gode di una posizione panoramica. Il casale ha una grande zona giorno, con due camere da letto e due bagni (uno accessibile) al piano terra e tre camere e due bagni al piano superiore. C'è un grande giardino ed una piscina. L'host che ci ha accolto è stata molto cordiale e sempre molto rapida nella comunicazione via messaggi. Unico piccolissimo inconveniente, la scala esterna per accedere al piano superiore, ma essendo una vecchia struttura credo sia normale.
Torneremo sicuramente, magari in estate per godere anche della piscina.

Huvila ympäristöineen oli paljon enemmän kuin odotimme. Isäntä henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta, auttoi meitä kaikessa mm juhlapäivällisen järjestämisessä huvilaan.
Paikka oli rauhallinen luonnon lähellä. Itse kiinteistö ylitti toiveemme ja odotuksemme.

We had a wonderful Villa and a very nice stay. Everything works as prommissed by Emma Villas. Specifically the quality of the Villa and the Service provided. Originally we planned to travel with our dog. As this was not possible Emma Villas provided a refund of the originally agreed Service Fees for having a dog in the Villas.

Unique property with stunning views. Spacious villa with an unique style and interior. Located perfectly, just enough distance above the port town. Friendly and attentive hosts, would absolutely revisit.

The villa was fabulous - comfortable, roomy, well equipped and beautiful. Hosts were charming and generous with food from their farm!

Noi viviamo in Belgio ed e’ il terzo anno che prenotiamo la casa nelle Marche per un mese..ci siamo trovati benissimo! Casa perfetta pulita e dotata di ogni comfort.
Ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualcosa cosa sempre gentili e disponibili ad aiutarci.
