My loose fitting summer shirts came without elastic under the cups sewn in so we're unbearable. My "loose" fitting dresses did have bras but were anything but loose.
Customer service is useless.
DO NOT buy from Emmiol.

They misrepresented their items on their ads. I bought 3 tank tops of the same style but different colors from them. On their ads it looks like the tops will lay at hip level comfortably. I usually would wear a 2x and would normally fit loosely on me. When I tried on one of the tops, it felt like it would fit a child. I couldn’t even pull the built in bra to fit over my chest. The top is only long enough to fit over my belly button. I proceeded to request for a refund from them. Their response was instead of sending it back because it was so expensive to send it back, they suggested that I keep the tops and they would send me the correct size but I would have to pay for them. Keep in mind that when I ordered the tops that I did give them my correct size. Then I send a second letter to request for a refund and that I don’t want to keep any of their tops. Once again they suggested that I keep the tops and they would give me a 15% discount to purchase other items from them. If the sizing of their clothing do not fit me why would I buy more items from them. I proceeded to request for a refund for the 3rd time. They sent an email saying that they don’t give refunds on items worn. Then they added if I “consisted” on getting the refund that I need to follow the instructions to receive my refund. I followed the instructions exactly and sent them the tracking number and the pictures of the package I sent back to them to their email. They again sent me the same email about not giving back the refund. My total purchase was over $119, the postage to mail it back to China was $59.00. It’s been about 3 weeks since I sent the items back. I really don’t think I will get my refund back. I was very disappointed with the misrepresentation of their items and their refund process or the lack there of.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! I ordered 2 items back in March 2026, and was contacted saying the one of the items was damaged and it was the last one, so they gave me the option of picking something else, and I declined... I requested a full refund countless times, but to no avail... They said that due to high shipping costs, I wouldn't get a full refund, but they hadn't even shipped anything... For months and months, I continuously request my refund, and got nothing... On July 21st, I received a package, and opened it to find some random product I never ordered... THIS SITE IS FRAUD!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WON'T SEND YOUR ORDER... IT TOOK THEM 4 MONTHS TO SEND ME SOME GARBAGE I ABSOLUTELY DON'T WANT AND WOULD NEVER WEAR, AND WOULDN'T GIVE TO ANYONE ELSE..
THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BEFORE THEY STEAL MORE PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY...

Do not order here! Many weeks to ship. Cheaply made. Returns go back to China and cost more to ship than item. They offer money off another item but only a small (10% REFUND) if unhappy. Built in bra for cup size A on any size top! Wish I could attach my photos so you could see the difference of what I received vs their ads!

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service at Emmiol. I purchased seven tank tops with shelf support based on advertisements that promised a long, supportive, and flattering fit. However, the items I received were short, boxy, lacked proper support, and were incorrectly sized. Despite following their size recommendations, the items did not fit well at all.

When I attempted to resolve this, I was met with poor service. It has been four weeks and I am still struggling to get my money back. It is important for others to know that this company is not US-based, and their return policy is incredibly unfair; they require customers to pay for international shipping, and even then, only offer a partial refund. Instead of a proper resolution, they repeatedly insisted the items passed quality control and offered a mere $10 gift card for the inconvenience. I have now been forced to file a dispute through PayPal to recover my funds. Avoid this company.

Tank top with built in bra. Sized incorrectly. I was also told to “gift” them or pay an exorbitant charge to return them.

I have given a 3-star review only because I am happy with my purchase SAFARI SHIRT, but silly me read the reviews and return policy "after" I made my purchase. Even though I am happy with my first time purchase I hesitate to buy again through this company. Being, it took two weeks to get from Melbourne to Perth and "if" the garment was not too my liking i.e., fit/size/quality, I can't return it and get a "refund". I also have to return it via registered post at my expense within 14 days to get a credit. And reading the reviews it seems customer service isn't of high standard. First time lucky, second time may not be.

Terrible decision I made to buy from them. Took close to a month to receive my order. Did not fit properly. Too small in some places and too big in others. Now instead of a refund, they want to give me a $15.00 gift card! I spent over $100.00.
They take forever to answer, they want to discourage you from doing a refund.
Do not buy from them!

My order was seriously delayed, and I was never told why. The original email from them on April 14 was that my order was being prepared for shipping. I wrote them at three weeks delay (May 3rd) and received back a form letter saying their customer service was off and wouldn't be back until May 4th. On May 8, I wrote again. I said cancel and refund my order. You haven't shipped it, and I no longer want it. They responded the next day asking could I please give them a few more days. They finally shipped it on May 16th, and the tracking number didn't work.

The package finally arrived unexpectedly at the end of May. It was three of the tank tops with built in bras. I ordered and received all 3X tank tops, but they didn't fit. Maybe if I had a small C cup they would have, but it was a no-go on the D cups despite their sizing information. I didn't even bother asking about a refund. I couldn't get one when I asked for one and they hadn't shipped, so I held no hope of getting one now.

And they pestered me for reviews constantly when I hadn't even yet received the tank tops. Lesson learned. Avoid at all costs.

Took my order and my money never received item and they haven't replied to any of my emails... 😔

The tank tops with sewn in bras were a disappointment. The size was considerably off and when I reached out to inquire how to return, I was told to "gift" them and reorder a different size that included the original price with an added on shipping charge. No refund, Buyers beware!

The material was ok, but the quality of the sewing, fit was terrible! I couldn't believe how bad it was...Purchase at your own risk.

If I could rate negative stars, I would. The items I ordered were too small, even though I ordered two sizes larger than I normally wear. When I enquired about returning the items I was told it would be too expensive and take too long and they offered a $20 gift certificate (my order was over $100). DO NOT order from them

I'd prefer to give 0 stars. I received order and not only are the tops bad quality, they are constructed in a way that makes it impossible to fit. When I asked to ships back and give me a refund they instead tried to have me get more products. On my second attempt they gave me an excuse on why they can refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I am stuck keeping the tops and wasting every penny.

Order 2 tank tops in a L and one was sent as M. Emailed customer service and they said it was correct. Sent them a screenshot from their site of my order and they said they go by the fulfillment invoice which makes no since! After many emails demanding refund for the wrong size they want me to return the item at my expense. Poor quality at bes. I wear a Large all day long and often can do a medium. Not with this company. Order a size up and be prepared for poor quality. At best, this one the one can wear will be a yard working tank tops!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM RHIS COMPANY

The absolute WORST company to purchase anything from. JUST DO NOT DO IT!!! If you happen to need customer "support" you will NOT get it!! I don't think they even have a customer support team!!! You might as well just go throw your money in the trash can!!!!

Don’t buy from them. I didn’t receive my package at all!!!! I am still waiting but have no hope. I emailed multiple times and got no help.

Don’t buy from this company, I would give zero if I could. I ordered a jumper for my teenage daughter’s Christmas present, it arrived full of holes, literally all over it. When I complained I was told this was the style and they were intentional holes, even though there was no mention of them in the description or the product pictures online. They advised me to ‘find somebody else to give it to’, like that works for my daughter’s Christmas present. Eventually I got a £6 refund which was the most they’d give. The jumper went in the bin and my daughter cried. Total rubbish quality and horrible customer service.

Not even one star more like a negative 5 star…just a warning I would not buy from this company it’s a ripoff and they don’t give a shit about the customer or customer service!

I received half my order and the customer service to get my money refunded was ridiculous. I still have not received a refund for items i have not received.
Save yourself some money because it is a scam!!!!!!!!
