Myntra has become a platform for scammers! I ordered a SanDisk Portable 1TB SSD, but received a completely wrong/fake product. Despite having a CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO PROOF, the support team is shamelessly denying my refund/replacement.

The worst experience ever with online shopping. I recieved the wrong product without the brand logo and myntra refused to collect the return for a product that I didn't order and was fully paid for. Customer service were not able to resolve the query. A very disappointing experience with Myntra

Absolutely pathetic service and misleading delivery promises. Myntra has been nothing but a nightmare.
On 8th April, I ordered two large suitcases, with a clear âGet it by 3 daysâ promise. Fast forward to today, 8 DAYS LATER and Iâm still emptyâhanded. What followed was the worst customer experience imaginable.
I am travelling in the next 4 days, and despite repeatedly explaining the urgency, the Myntra team cannot even confirm whether the suitcases will be delivered in time. No clarity, no resolution, just vague apologies and system excuses. They have completely put me in a spot.
Now, because of Myntraâs incompetence, Iâm forced to waste almost an entire day travelling just to buy suitcases elsewhere.
Never again, Myntra.
This feels borderline scamâlike - take the order, take the money, break promises, and push customers into stress and inconvenience.

I ordered 3 sunglasses but received only 1 sunglass. On contacting customer care, grievance centres and sending email several times, my issue is still not resolved. I paid in advance for the products but all they did is sending only one product. They are not refunding the amount, not helping in contacting the courier guy who knows the truth about not delivering my products. People,I request you to please do COD. I've been a loyal Myntra customer for over 10 years, and I've had great experiences with your service. However, my recent order was a nightmare. I received an empty product box, and when I raised a ticket, the response was disappointing.
They said the order was packed and sealed at the warehouse, and the logistics partner confirmed it was delivered untampered. Based on this, they refused to process a refund or replacement. When I asked for escalation, the lead manager gave me a generic response, repeating the same info.
Customer service that's more robot, less human. Not what I paid for.
10 years of trust, shattered by one empty box.
Myntra, I expected better. A simple refund would've kept my trust intact. Instead, your response feels like a canned reply. Check your customers' order history and show some empathy.
Losing a 10-year customer over a poor response isn't worth it.
Seems like Myntra's priorities are elsewhere, not with their customers.

My delivery got delayed twice and then I got delivered the wrong product. Unfortunately I didn't check it right at the time of delivery, but opened it right after the delivery agent left. I waited for the delivery status to update to "delivered" and immediately raised a return request of wrong product. They replied saying they checked warehouse and the product delivered is correct! I had enclosed the wrong product and wrong bill inside that product. There team does bogus checks and just rejects - No more Myntra
