I had ordered a sweater which I saw on Emmiol's website - excellent product at a very nice price with quick delivery. I loved it.

I never received the package, I contact the customer service and they responded to me but they never help me to find it.

If you live in the UK, I’d strongly advise not buying from this company. I bought five items in one order, two are fine and the others I need to return. To return any items you have to email an address to request a return - it’s not automatic (deliberately I would say). Then I received a very delayed reply telling me that shipping costs to return were high and due to the time passed (on their part I might add) they suggested I should consider keeping the items. This was a week ago. I’ve asked to return and they’ve just not come back to me. My daughter found this company online. I think probably through TikTok. They don’t seem like a proper legit company and I wouldn’t risk the purchase as if it’s not suitable it’s too difficult to deal with them.
Very dodgy.
Also, two items were a totally different colour to the website, really not accurate pictures.

Excellent customer service and the product came in good time. Dough I did expect a better quality on the product.

Honestly terrible it would be nice for a refund because nothing that came was the size I ordered it was pretty much all too small. 2 of the hoodies looked terrible and the quality of the clothing is so terrible. I rather order any other clothing brand. Definitely do some research before ordering, if I knew it was a random Chinese brand I would have not ordered from them

Update: they offered me 30% refund of an order that cost me 187… that 30% is 10 dollars. Math doesn’t add up to that being 10 should be more so 50 dollars. They think that’s a simple fix to a big problem on my end. This is a crappy company entirely

I bought the mystery box and even though I was disappointed with most of what was in the box just because it wasnt my style, it was all decent quality and there was a shirt I got from it that is great quality looks just like the pictures online

Bought a pair of baggy jeans, they arrived straight at my front door professionally while the item was as described on the website although I do wish the sizing could be bigger but it's good quality and is added to my jean rotations.

Shirt turned out so cute.

My daughter ordered a beautiful long sleeve shirt and it was exactly as pictured! Great fit, true to size, and no smell. She absolutely loves it! It also arrived in a timely manner.

Everything was great. The quality of the goods is really good (I frequently place orders).

I recently got a pair of pants from Emmiol, and I couldn’t be happier! They’re super comfortable and fit just right. The material feels durable yet lightweight, perfect for all-day wear. I love the style—they’re trendy but still easy to pair with different outfits. Highly recommend Emmiol for stylish, comfortable pants at a great price!

After 6 weeks of waiting time, I Received a zipper that looked nothing Like in the pictures (different colortone and no washed features) and the quality was Even more poor than if you buy something of temu. Couldnt refund either bc of the long delivery time

Do 1 stella solo perché meno non posso, ho comprato una giacca dove in descrizione c'era scritto chiaramente che le scritte fossero ricamate, arriva il pacco e le scritte sono stampate. Ho speso 60+20€ per una giacca con delle stampe, mi sento preso in giro, esigo un rimborso

Update- even though the US sizing is deceptive and 1 of the items was defective, Emmiol offered a 20% refund.
Unacceptable. Though they responded quickly trying to resolve the problem 20% refund on unwearable product is not helpful.

Ordered two pairs of pants and a sweater for my son. The US sizing is wrong. The jeans I ordered were a US38. Received item size was listed a " L" but more like a US28. Also a pair of the jeans had no button hole cut. Mostly look like the photos but very thin material. Sweater is cute and looks like photo again just sizing is small.

Ho eliminato la vecchia recensione che avevo fatto appena ordinato il pacco, leggendo le altre recenzioni mi sono spaventata e temevo non arrivasse invece é arrivato tutto, con un pochino di ritardo ma é arrivato.
Tengo a specificare che l’assistenza clienti è davvero ottima mi hanno risposto subito e sempre, aiutandomi a tracciare il pacco e dandomi informazioni

Problemy ze zwrotem produktu!!Chciałam zwrócić nie pasujące produkty, a w odpowiedzi dostałam tylko prośbę o powód zwrotu o dokładne zdjęcia i nr produktu. Po co to komu potrzebne skoro chcę oddać częściowo zamówienie to nie powinno być tym problemu. Powinnam dostać formularz zwrotu i adres do wysyłki i tyle, a nie bawić się w odpisywanie na maile i bezsensowne tłumaczenie co i jak. Inne sklepy internetowe nie maja z tym problemu. Nie polecam EMMIOL!!

They sent the wrong size and refused to pay for return postage. This cost was do high I lost all my $$$

easy and fast support! Love it. Great quality. Would recommend this to everyone that needs fashion items that you CANT find in regular stores!
