⛔️🚨 WARNING
I bought 4FOUR Airgo footing (tips) for Airgo walking canes and weeks later no word given to me that there was going to be a delay in sending them.
There is No Communication that there is going to be a delay because the probability is They Haven’t Got them in Store to Sell to Me.
I called them, wrote several emails and No Response from them. $92.00 and No response.
Only when I got annoyed and requested my refund did they email me with a response .
Rude and indifferent,exorbitant amount for shipping.
I'm still waiting weeks later

Absolutely terrible experience. There is zero communication, calls always go straight to voicemail and are never returned. I’ve sent multiple emails to their support team and received no meaningful response or assistance.

You can’t even make a simple enquiry about a product on their website, let alone obtain a proper tax receipt for warranty purposes (assuming they even honour it).

Overall, extremely disappointing service and a complete lack of customer support. I would not recommend dealing with them.

No service, no communication and if the bank didn't threaten to reverse the payment I'd be out of pocket as well. Won't answer email or phone calls when asking for a delivery update. Only delivered due to the bank helping out with delivery a month after placing the order. If you can't provide a reasonable service then don't provide one at all. Shop elsewhere if you appreciate decent service because you won't find it here.

Poor service, does not answer phone, avoids replying to emails, rude in the customer service chat, took my money and did not ship my item. Claimed to offer a refund and have not. Buyers be ware!
