Ive returned this cheep looking chinese four piesces of clothing total low quality - I’ve spend more than 650 dollars for - they didn’t return me my money back.
This company is not worth any of your money!

Total scam, it’s AI generated photos what I got was nothing like on the pictures

Absolute atrocity. I returned 2 orders weeks ago, they received and confirmed that i would get s refund but they have not paid yet. The product was atrocious and completely misrepresented , colors, materials, everything was off! and now im waiting for my money for over a month!!! and still not refunded! DONT go near this brand! Ive been asking fir my regund and no idea when i will get my money back.

I ordered the Citrus Mist Robe and the Nordic Fox Down Jacket, and neither matched the quality or appearance advertised. I contacted them within the 14-day return window, followed their instructions, and still had my return refused based on technicalities in their policy.

I am a repeat customer, but after this experience I will never order from this brand again. Poor customer service and zero flexibility. Read the return policy very carefully before purchasing — returns are clearly not customer-friendly.

Really bad quality. The real products are Not at all what the pictures look like.

Update on my previous order. I am so sorry i cannot add a photo of the dress i ordered .I found the exact same dress only 20 times cheaper on Temu...15 $ only.Unbelievable how this "company" could trick so many customers.Unfortunatelly they are so well constructed that this is the only place where you can place a review and warn others.

Don't even think about buying from this site!!! Delivery time is 1.5 months. No contact with the supplier. The product does not match the image on the website. And I don't know how to return it.

Scammers. They have sent me a completely different product refusing to return, even tho they should have. They are breaking a law. Shipping back is to china, it says it all haha. Ive lost 120euros.

Terrible customer service. Shipping took way too long, and then the order showed up over the course of two weeks, resulting in the inability to return the poorly manufactured clothing due to the 14-day return policy. Don't waste your time on this Chinese-made garbage.

Terrible , not like the pictures!

This site is a total scam, avoid it if possible! The clothes on the pictures are not the same as those you receive!! Absolute fake and low quality. And of course it is difficult and expensive to send it back so they naturally expect that no one will bother with sending it back.
