Scammers, don’t buy anything from them

Avoid this company like the plague. Can’t believe I didn’t do my homework. It frightens me that scam companies like this are even allowed to operate. The clothes looked nothing like what I’d ordered and after paying for the return airfares I never got my money back despite receiving multiple assurances.

I am considering legal action at this stage to get these fraudsters deregistered and save others the trouble...

Like so many others, ordered 2 items for 350 Eur. Took more than 2 months to receive. One of the item was completely different from what was advertised (a night gown vs a cheap fake fur coat received) and the item wasn’t even finished (sleeves weren’t sewn on)

After them agreeing to refund the item, and a fast DHL delivery (for which I paid for) they confirmed receipt, passing this on to the finance dept, I haven’t heard back in another 2 months. Obviously they never planned to refund the item, the whole business is a scam

I ordered two “luxury pyjamas designed in Spain” from Novanta89. The first arrived as 100% polyester instead of premium satin and even under a different product name. The second arrived while I was on vacation, with no delivery notification, and the fabric quality—especially the faux fur—was cheap and materially different from what was advertised.
I contacted Novanta89 immediately to return the items, but they refused. They claimed a strict 14-day return period, even though:
I requested to intercept the second order due to the issues with the first.
The delivery occurred while I was away.
Their website did not provide a return address, requiring multiple emails to obtain it.
The products are mass-produced in China and bear no resemblance to the premium European-quality items advertised. Attempts to resolve the matter directly were ignored, and their customer service ignored consumer protection principles.
Other reviews online confirm this is a recurring issue. I strongly advise caution. This company misrepresents its products, sells low-quality goods at high prices, and refuses refunds—even when the items are materially different from their description.

Do not purchase from them. They strung me along with a return, made me ship it to Spain for it to be rejected and sent straight back to me. Terrible quality.

Report to trading standards immediately.

They are total scammers and everything from the photograph of the so called shop that looks like its in London to having 4 supposed stars from Trust Pilot to not being able to cancel the order before them having notified the courier or shipped the goods. I know that Trust Pilot is aware of them falsifying the amount of stars they have so my question here is has Trust Pilot taken any action in this regard?

Absolute atrocity. I returned 2 orders weeks ago, they received and confirmed that i would get s refund but they have not paid yet. The product was atrocious and completely misrepresented , colors, materials, everything was off! and now im waiting for my money for over a month!!! and still not refunded! DONT go near this brand! Ive been asking fir my regund and no idea when i will get my money back.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Novanta89.

I received the Citrus Mist Robe and the Nordic Fox Down Jacket, and neither item matched the quality or appearance shown online. I contacted customer service within the 14-day return period to request a return and followed their instructions. Despite clearly communicating my intent to return and providing the requested information, my return was ultimately refused based on technicalities in their return policy rather than any genuine effort to resolve the issue.

I am a repeat customer who has placed multiple orders with this brand, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Instead of working toward a fair solution, customer service relied strictly on policy language and showed little flexibility or consideration for customer satisfaction.

Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing from Novanta89 again. I strongly recommend that potential customers read the return policy very carefully before ordering, as returns may be difficult even when issues are reported promptly.

Paid premium prices for items that don’t match the photos.
Citrus Mist Robe — the fur looks cheap and misrepresented.

I sent photo proof and they refused accountability, hid behind policy, and threatened customers over honest reviews — then deleted my comment. Do better.

I ordered a Hazelnut Mocha set to wear during my Christmas holiday. It came a month later, wrong size and color. Communication is terrible. I have to pay to return the goods and now I'm afraid I won't get my money back as I just now read the terrible reviews. I will never order here again.

Hello , I’m reading all this reviews and I completely don’t understand why they are so negative . The only downside of the order for me was the waiting time . Took 3-4 weeks to get it . Product might be design in Spain but it’s shipped from China so it takes long time to get it .
So I’m never the person that leaves review - honestly I just can’t be bother but when I saw all this bad reviews I decide to give one too . I order 2 items - pj set for Christmas in dark red and beautiful green after shower rope . Let me say one think - they are fluffy , the fake fur on it it’s nice in touch and I already washed both of the items and they are the same thick after . I order the winter collection- is thick and good . Absolutely doesn’t look cheap - completely the opposite! Looks luxurious and expensive. Don’t be scared of bad reviews of ppl that got afraid because if long waiting time - is not a scam but yes it does take pretty long to get it

I purchased a jacket f for approximately $450. The store advertised the jacket as a luxury product with high-quality materials and design, but what I received was completely different from what was shown online.

The item arrived in a simple zipper bag inside a Post envelope, not in any luxury packaging as advertised. The jacket has no brand labels or trademarks, and its quality looks very cheap — worth perhaps $40 or less. It does not match the photos or description on their website.

As soon as I received the item, I contacted Novanta89 several times by email asking for a return I returned it under my cost so i paid the return; they asked to return it to a spanish address whereas the jacket came fom china; they received the package on 16 december we are 28 and they stopped replying since 20 decemver to my emails

This company are a rip off. Cheap Chinese products which are falsely advertised as premium goods. I ordered 3 pair of fur boots and not only were they 3 sizes smaller than usual UK size, the internal boot was made of hardened cardboard! Paid for return to Spain only to have it sent back!! Lost £250. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Lesson to myself - read the reviews first! Paid £99 for a paid of PJ’s for my wife (and that’s with a 35% discount) and all I got was cheap tat from China that I had to wait over a month for that doesn’t look anything like the picture. Avoid this company like the plague.

All the pictures online are AI the product has nothing to do with the pictures the fit very big looks very cheap. It took more than 2 months to arrive. It comes from china so it costs them nothing and charge so much for it. When i asked for a return label and refund they asked for pictures which it doesn’t make sense if i haven’t wore it. I did sent them the picture and they never replied to me. Dont buy anything from this brand at all. I ordered in October i received it in December

Les deux pyjamas commandés ne correspondaient absolument pas aux photos, notamment en termes de coupe. Ils étaient très mal taillés, beaucoup trop amples, et totalement différents de ce qui était présenté lors de l’achat.

À cela s’ajoute un point inacceptable : les frais de retour sont entièrement à la charge du client, sans que cela ne soit clairement précisé. J’ai dû payer 26 € de Colissimo à mes frais, ce qui n’est mentionné nulle part de façon transparente.

J’avais bénéficié de l’offre « un acheté = un offert ». J’ai reçu le premier pyjama environ trois semaines après ma commande. Dès l’essayage, j’ai immédiatement constaté que la coupe ne convenait pas. J’ai donc contacté le service client pour signaler le problème et demander où se trouvait le second pyjama, souhaitant attendre sa réception afin de renvoyer les deux articles ensemble et demander un remboursement, ce qui me semblait parfaitement logique.

Une fois le second pyjama reçu, j’ai de nouveau contacté le service client pour connaître la procédure de retour. La réponse a été pour le moins surprenante : on m’a indiqué que le délai de 14 jours pour retourner le premier pyjama était dépassé, et qu’il n’était donc plus remboursable.

Heureusement, j’avais la preuve écrite de mon premier e-mail envoyé dès la réception du premier pyjama, dans lequel j’expliquais clairement que la coupe ne convenait pas et que j’attendais le second article pour procéder au retour des deux. Grâce à cela, j’ai finalement pu obtenir gain de cause.

Sans cette démarche anticipée, je me serais tout simplement retrouvée sans recours.

À 150 € le pyjama, ce niveau de qualité et surtout de service client est tout simplement inacceptable.

As soon as I received the item, I contacted Novanta89 several times by email asking for a return label and tracking instructions, as their own Return & Cancellation Policy states that returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused and sent with tracking. However, the company has not replied to any of my messages and has not provided a return label or return address, for start.

After 1 week, At one point, they told me to send the jacket to Spain, even though the package originally came from China, which makes no sense and raises suspicion that the business may not be legitimate. Because of their silence and refusal to cooperate, I am unable to return the item within the 14-day period required by their own policy.

I have also found multiple online reviews (on Trustpilot and other sites) showing that other customers report the same problem: fake or low-quality products, no responses, and return instructions that lead nowhere. This suggests the company is misrepresenting its products and possibly operating a fraudulent store. Misspresenting also return policy, read it well.

For these reasons, I dispute this charge as “goods not as described / merchant failed to honor return policy.” I have full documentation available, including screenshots of the website, proof of payment, photos of the item, and copies of my messages with no response from the seller. I dispute it, i prove it also I won! I have that jeket, which totaly different from pictures. At least i took all my money back.
