From start to finish, Empower Energy have proven to be knowledgeable and easy to do business with.

I've had a PV system for about 8 years with the initial purchase being driven by the FIT incentive. This deployment comprised of 16 x Panasonic panels linked to an SMA Sunny Boy inverter (this was supplied and installed by a different company no longer in business), 4Kw system in total.

Just before Christmas 2023 I decided I'd like to purchase a Powerwall 2 battery system ..... driven by PV generation combined with Octopus Go cheap off-peak tariff. I submitted my enquiry via the Tesla website.

Within 24 hours Jonny had made contact and handled all of my question professionally and with a depth of product understanding (some of my questions I knew the answers, they were a test 😀)

Rob led the supply and installation today - a calm, methodical deployment proving they had done this many times prior. A great job. 1 x Powerwall 2 with Gateway.

My next step (Subject to grid approvals) is for a 2nd Powerwall 2 combined with 2nd deployment of solar panels (likely 6 to 8) and a 2nd inverter.

No hesitation in recommending Empower Energy.

I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience trying to tie together Podpoint, SSE, Tesla, Solar and Octopus. Empower were lead in terms of designing systems and putting solar in. The problems were not of their making
At each stage Octopus dished out cheerful friendly platitudes, given out by charming people who generally knew substantially less about their own systems than me as an end customer! In contrast Empower stepped in to assist, wherever they could- they pick up their phones they respond fast, and with technically competent people who can actually help and, on occasion knock heads together at the big energy battery suppliers when they seemed to be asleep at the wheel.
So bravo to Empower a well deserved 5/5 and I will go back to them like a shot if I ever need more solar/systems work.
PS I am a large domestic customer with a relatively technical set up. I have no personal relationship with the co or the people involved- this was entirely earned on merit

I am very pleased with the Solar Panels and two Powerwall 2 batteries we have had installed.
We have had great backup from Empower, all enquires answered and solved.
The staff have all been very helpful, cheerful and the installations have been done neat and tidy.
I have already recommend Empower to my Brother who is just as pleased as we are.

Empower are really terrific at installing and supporting our solar power installation. Two years in, we now have 20 panels on the roof, a 6kW invertor, a battery and a car charger. For 6 months of the year at least, we are pretty much 'off grid' now AND travel for free too! Knowledgeable and professional, I'd thoroughly recommend them if you are thinking of getting solar.

The Empower team looked after us throughout our project with patience and calm clear communication. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have had an amazing experience with empower. They did a great price on our solar panels and worked well with our builders/scaffolding as we were having an extension at the time.
They have been brilliant ever since. The technical support and we have even signed up for annual checks and cleaning to be sure we are getting the most out of our eddi and panels.

If we ever want more panels or a battery we will be using empower

Empower Originally installed our Solar panels a number of years ago and we were so impressed that we then had a tesla power wall installed by them as well. I can honestly say that their solar panels were good, but when you add the battery as well, the finical return and reduced load on the grid is amazing.

Excellent communication and wont even notice the workmen were there as caused no disruption to our business while solar panels were installed.

Our initial installation was completed as per schedule back in June. Recently we changed broadband provider, upsetting our inverter communications. Ben was very helpful & patient as I reset the inverted whilst perched on a rafter in the loft. Thank you.

Empower were professional and helpful during the process of installing both EV Charger and Solar Panels. Unfortunately, there were hiccoughs with the EV Charger, which was down to the charger not Empower, but, their team resolved the issue. Not only that the installation date had to be changed and they accommodated this without question. Smashing team to deal with and would highly recommend.

Such a great company to deal with. The journey with this company from the start has been so professional. We have been informed every step of the way what’s happening and when. On the install day Roger and Rob were excellent, clean, tidy, pleasant and very thorough. They cleared up as if they had never been here. Once the install was complete the handover was delivered in my language, they made sure before they left that I understood how everything worked and that I had all the information I required. I would not hesitate in highly recommending this company. Thank you Empower.

I had an additional battery fitted by 2 guys from Empower. They did a good job, fitting the battery neatly on an outside wall.
There was next to no disruption, they even kept the electricity on!
They explained how to read the Tesla app and updated the price information from his own phone!
They made sure everything was working and left everything neat and tidy.

We had solar panels and a battery installed 3 years ago and has been running perfectly. Rob contacted me recently to advise that they had noticed an issue with the inverter. Megan arranged for an engineer to visit and fix the problem which involved replacing the inverter under warranty. This was done promptly and very efficiently with no disruption to me! Very happy with the after care service as well as the original install!

Outstanding service from Empower on our solar panel and Tesla battery installation. Rob was very helpful from the start of the project and helped navigate some challenges with the installation on our detached garage roof where the existing electrics were not sufficient and needed upgrading. The final price was as quoted and ran perfectly to schedule. The wiring is very tidy and end results aesthetically pleasing. I would highly recommend them
