Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re genuinely sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations.

We understand you were specifically hoping to try the Banana Honey flavour, and it’s understandably frustrating when it’s not included. As noted on the packaging and product listing, flavours in the variety packs can change depending on availability, though we appreciate this may not have been as clear as it could be.

In this case, as the outer pack had been opened, we weren’t able to process a return in line with our policy. That said, we did try to offer an alternative option to help you try the flavour in-store.

We also take on board your comments around how this is communicated, both on packaging and in-store, and will be sharing this feedback with our team and retail partners.

We’re sorry again that this was your experience and appreciate you raising it with us.

All of our supplements are filled by weight, not by container volume, which means the amount you’re paying for is based on the exact serving weight listed on the label. Some products can settle during transport, or require larger tubs to allow for proper mixing and consistency, which can make them appear less full even though the correct quantity is inside.

Because there are no flavours, emulsifiers, or sweeteners added, unflavoured whey can be more prone to clumping, especially when mixed into hot liquids like coffee.

That said, we completely understand how off-putting this can be, especially given the price point, and your feedback is absolutely valid. We’d love the opportunity to make this right for you.
