Always available very clear and helpful. Did not have any delays in spite of original solicitor going on holiday. There was a smooth and efficient transfer to another colleague.

Our sale of our property went really well, took a little longer than l thought it would but there were circumstances which didn't help with our purchase of a property falling through, which was in no way the fault of Emsleys. All the Staff involved did a great friendly service and kept in contact on a regular basis. Many Thanks to all concerned.

I needed a Power of Attorney document notarised quickly for the sale of my apartment in the Canary Islands. I called Emsleys and they gave the information I needed to contact their in-house notary, who responded the same day, in a professional and friendly way. We fixed an appointment quickly, I was greeted in a very nice way by the staff and the notary, Will, was very efficient and helpful. He sent my document off to get legalised, saving me a headache, and sent a copy of the legalised document and DHL tracker to my lawyers in Spain. I will be returning to make a new will. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you, Emsleys. Great experience from A to Z.

Firstly I dealt with Anna Barnard who left before my case was completed she was excellent as was her assistant Beverley Danby! Was then passed on to Rosalind Blaza who again was excellent ! We were very please with the service. The team always answered our questions and were really friendly and approachable. Very professional service and guided us through the vast amounts of paperwork etc that comes with moving home. We always felt we could call or email if we had any concerns.
