Absolutely shocking company team aslam she needs to be looked into she talks to you like she better than you then try’s saying she there to help in my eyes this is the worst company ever and once the house purchase goes through the better I would never use this company again and I would never recommend this company to anyone quick to take money but slow to help and push through the purchase

At first our experience with team spells was terrible! Lack of taking initiative and communication at all even though we’d chase them multiple times. However part way through Team Lancaster took over and it was a stark difference to our experience. We received timely updates without us ever chasing, they advised and carried us through our sale! Buying a property is far more stressful than I expected, and there were moments during my purchase where delays on the seller’s side — particularly when their solicitor was not responding to enquiries — really highlighted how important it is to have the right solicitors acting for you.

During those times, I was extremely grateful to have Levi Solicitors representing me. Molly was patient, supportive and kept me informed, even when there was little movement from the other side, and Navjit ensured everything was handled properly from a legal perspective. Knowing my own solicitors had done everything required on my behalf gave me real reassurance and peace of mind.

We had a very positive experience with Team Afzal in a recent property purchase. From start to finish, the service was efficient and the team were always reassuring. Charlotte and Ashley were particularly helpful and happy to explain things clearly so we felt comfortable with each decision.

Waseem’s identified a specialist issue early on that we hadn’t initially considered, which led us to appoint a specialist surveyor which could easily have been overlooked without his guidance.

I am trying to sell my property and my buyers used Levi's. The entire chain was held up by Levi's, all parties are pushing for an exchange and completion but the lack of responses and the fact that Levi's are only capable of dealing with one enquiry at a time means we're now into our 6th Month and no idea of when we might complete as Levi's don't respond. Team Ayub have been shocking from start to (hopefully a) finish. Avoid at all costs, utterly unprofessional.

Team Spells handled the conveyancing for a straightforward chain-free sale of my vacant property and turned it into a frustrating and prolonged experience. For the first 6 weeks, I received no updates, no responses to my emails and unsatisfactory responses to my phone calls. I complained in writing, and the service improved somewhat, however, I was given no apology whatsoever. Throughout the process, there was a lack of a proactive approach, and on several occasions it fell to my amazingly hardworking estate agent to liaise with the buyers' solicitor to get things moving. I had to chase umpteen times to keep the sale progressing, which was increasingly stressful. Consequently, I cannot recommend this firm if you desire an efficient conveyancing service with good communication.

Quick to deal with and was kept up to date throughout the process. Didn’t charge me on the first few calls and always kept me in the loop throughout the process. Would us again should I need similar services.

Team Degun and my main point of contact being Anneka has made the whole process so straight forward when buying my first house. I have to thank everyone who was part of the process from end to finish at Levi solicitors. Will definitely use them in future.

Levi Solicitors and specifically, Team Afzal, dealt with my property purchase. Had no issues in any aspect of the purchase. Very easy to get in touch with, couldn't have asked for more.

I understand that all the team may have helped during the purchase, but I feel a special mention to Ashley from Team Afzal is deserved. He was my main port of call and handled everything quickly

Told twice to manage my expectations when I asked for an update and to confirm they had received paperwork- this was a week later as I hadn't heard from them.
Told we were not a priority at this moment
Took 2 weeks to realise that they were acting on behalf of both vendor and purchaser
Argued in regards to return of deposit, when they themselves stated that I could have it back because after 4 weeks they hadn't done anything legally and therefore no charge.
Useless and very condescending on both phone and email.
