We worked with Stephen at Enable to obtain a mortgage for our property. We encountered problems early on as we had a short lease so we knew we needed someone with experience to find us the best deal.
Stephen was very professional in his approach, and always gave us his honest opinion. We were totally in the dark about certain aspects of a mortgage, but Stephen explained it all thoroughly to us, and kept in constant contact either by phone, email or via a meeting.

The purchase of our property took a very long time, and encountered many problems along the way. We had some very stressful periods, but Enable managed the situation for us on every occasion, and if Stephen wasn't available, there was always someone on hand to talk us through it, or speak with whoever we needed them to.
