Our team have recently used Encompass Underground Utility Survey Services on a project just outside of Derby. The team were well prepared, had all the right and correct equipment and PPE. They were fully aware of the requirements of what they needed to carry out. They were professional and always on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. An excellent service from start to finish, a scope was provided and checked by 'phone, accuracy and benchmarking of data was verified as appropriate to the project requirement, a complex 3D model and layouts and sections were provided and adjustments made following a customer care review post delivery to ensure we had all of the relevant project detail available. We have now employed Encompass for several projects following the excellent initial engagement.
