I am very happy from your service

I’ve ordered Endaring hair invisible clip in extensions 3 times, each time I’m so impressed. The quality is incredible, there’s such a wide range of colour options, the response time is fast and the delivery was done so quickly from China to Australia. They remain very secure whilst wearing them. I have very fine hair and they blend so well. They are exactly as advertised. Would recommend this brand to everyone looking to buy extensions.

I have had these for just two months and the hair is dry tangled and not good quality for the price. I bought some a while back from Europe and the hair was still soft and tangle free over a year later. So cheap not great and I have taken care of them and use hair extension conditioner that has helped me with the other hair so yeah no

I had an HORRIBLE experience with them!!

I ordered my extension the weekend before my trip to the US, expecting it to arrive within 2-3 days since I PAID EXTRA for express shipping. However, I wasn’t informed about their 8-day holiday, which caused a 5-day delay. I left on Sunday, and my order would not arrive in time.

They didn’t really seem to care so I told them the least they could do was rerout my package. However, they were unable to do so. This left me with the impossible task of finding someone in an unfamiliar town to help me mail it to the new address. Obviously I was unable to do so and the package was lost.

I spent good money on those hair extensions, even on the express shipping and I NEVER received my order.
They didn’t even try to find a soultion. They’re lack of responsibility and care from their team says everything about this business, they’re not worth it…
There are plenty of great hair extension brands out there,
so do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and money on this one.

Don't buy this hair...its not real hair its synthetic hair and not worth the cost. It will be ruined within 4 weeks and look dry, fried and you will have to take it out. The owner is very unsupportive and doesn't help with refund AT ALL. Do not buy this plastic Barbie doll feel hair. The models are PAID btw..not real people

I reached out to the company to see if shipping could be expedited due to an upcoming vacation/wedding they got back to me very quickly and got the extensions to me quicker than I even asked for, can not say enough good things. The extensions themselves are amazing, extremely flat bands as advertised they work amazing with my thin hair. Would recommend to everyone!

I ordered the tape in wefts and I was a little apprehensive. First thing out the gate I entered the wrong unit number for my apartment. I emailed customer service and they got back to me immediately and updates the proper address. I had also inquired about when the extensions would be mailed. I was given a date and my extensions arrived like two days after !! So j was super pleased.

Now to talk about the tape in weft. It superseded my expectations. I love love love the quality of the hair. The ease of the installation. It seems a little weird but Trust the process. I am never going back to another type of extension again. Not to mention the quality of hair was amazing. Well worth the money

Same quality hair my stylist would order me for hand-tied Q-wefts! I will say, these wefts have a little less hair per "pack", I ordered 2 packs and feel it's equal to 1-1.5 packs of Aqua Q-wefts. I started taping my Q-wefts to cut down on cost of hand-tied installation. The tape I bought left a lot of residue and it was a pain, which is why I finally tried these. GAME.CHANGER. The tape is easy to remove from the weft and your real hair and is not messy to where residue sticks to everything. There is minimal to no residue with this tape system. I don't know how they did it, but I'm now obsessed!! Color match and shipping also great.

The hair arrived in good time and much softer than other extensions I have ordered. I also love the no show seam.

I absolutely adore my hair extensions. I got some balayage ones and the colour match is unreal. The hair quality is fantastic but my favourite thing is that they are so discreet. You literally can not see them and I have very thin hair and have 22inch full set of clip ins. I also have one set of front pieces in 16inch and I find the combo makes them look even better. Yes they are expensive but I can imagine they will last years and years. No brand has matched and I’ve been using extensions many many years and tried everything. Thank you.

I’ve been wearing extensions for 5 years now. I’ve used a lot of the well known brands (Bellami, Hair Talk, Glamseamless, and more). I was so tired of these extensions thinning out prematurely and displaying uncontrollable frizz. I came across this brand because I’ve been wanted to switch over from tape ins to a tape in weft. When I got I first opened these they felt super soft and weren’t thin(they felt expensive and not cheap like some of the other brands I mentioned above). I wanted to wait a few washes before writing this review, because it’s easy for the extensions to seem nice upon unboxing but not maintain that feeling after a few washes. I’ve dyed these, used heat, and had them in for a few weeks, and so far they’re just as great! My mom also wears tape-ins and I’ve recommended these to her, as opposed to her current Bellami tape-ins.

Have tried writing a review 3 different times on their website but seems that they remove any review that is not favourable, which is very misleading to customers.

I paid a lot of money for this hair and I do feel disappointed in the quality. I’m a hairdresser & have in depth knowledge of Haircare. These extensions started looking dry a week into having them in. It’s now 3 months in & I have had to cut so much to keep them from looking crispy on the ends that there’s hardly anything left.

In my previous review I also noted that the tape was no good quality, single sided is extremely shiny and noticeable when the hair is up. The double tape the glue kept bleeding out onto my scalp. Bought a cheaper role to use and the problem went away.

Again, for the price I would expect good quality tape & for the hair to last longer than 3 months.

Very bad experience
The color is not matching between the website and the reality. Then the customer service is giving very bad advices (they adviced me to color the hair to be the same as mine) and when I did it it because much darker. At the end I cannot bring it back and they offer to reimburse me only 15$ . Horrible experience I waist my money

Absolutely love this hair

I am very disappointed by the color match. It was much more solid in person and did not match my own grown out, mixed bronde. I couldn’t return them after I’d already opened the hair and attempted to make it work. So it feels like a huge waste. Of course I should have returned it when I sensed it wasn’t right, but I was excited to try them and am new to this. I thought maybe it would blend after install but it didn’t. Also, the band is much thicker than anticipated and I didn’t find them comfortable. The hair was great quality but that is my only take away. I really wanted this to work out but will have to wait until I can afford to try again.
