AWFUL the website is completely inaccurate in description and photos, neither match the product you recieve and then you need to pay return postage to UK which is extremely expensive.

I did not get the package until now and I did not get my money. I’m trying to contact the customer service.

Somehow my order wasn't shipped. I emailed them letting them know. I got it the next following day.

Customer service was excellent and the color matching was exact.

The representative I spoke with on the phone was so nice and understanding. My package was delayed and they made sure to get me one delivered the next day. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

Let’s say if I could give 0 stars thats what they would get. This is the WORST hair people PLEASE save your money and buy elsewhere.
They should be ashamed that they are selling this fake hair saying it’s Remi it’s not.

DONT DO IT!!! YES, at first FABULOUS! Should be for $1500, but it should also stay the length that In bought for more than a couple of months. I paid for the 22 inch in August, by December 2 inches at least shorter. I do all the things too, good shampoo, oil, braid at night, etc. I will NEVER spend this again on Bellami. I would rather buy cheaper, at least I wont be shocked when half the hair is gone in 3 months...

I am an experienced hair extension user of 10 plus years and this is the worst hair I have ever had. To make it worse it was double the price of other brands. The hair is absolutely not Remy hair and it either has synthetic strands mixed in or a silicon coating that makes the hair very heavy, irritating and hard to blend. I am really upset I spent so much money on Bellami. Usually my extensions last over a year with good care but for the first time ever I went and bought brand new extensions already and I bought these in Nov, had first install in Dec and not going to use them again.

The quality of the hair is absolutely horrible anymore. If I could help you don’t by them here. I just got new ones a month ago and the hair falls out and has actually broken off. Only had them put in once

i expected much better quality for the price. The ends were crunchy and had split ends. it felt rough. I bought human hair from the local beauty supply store for $200 less the price of Bellami and it's much softer and more luxurious.

Let’s start with the hair it self … the hair is absolutely terrible it don’t even last a month (Amazon hair is better ) I complained about the hair being knotted and she told me it’s because I should t wear a hood because that’s why it happend 🤷🏻‍♀️ 🚩 ignoring her comments I was still upset and she offered 500$ credit so I took it and she sent me the new hair ,the first time I order I never had to pay any duty fees or anything and this time I had to pay 170.84$ so of course I asked why now I have to pay and last time I didn’t and she said oh no worries we will pay for that we just need you to create pay pal account and send us a receipt to show us that you payed it , I payed last Thursday it’s next Thursday now and she been promising all week that I will get my money and now I realize that won’t be happening . Have you ever thought why there is no Bellami google reviews or how there is no way to leave a review on Facebook ??? She blocked everyone from doing or saying anything , this is a complete scam business… I don’t understand how this is allowed but at this point nothing surprises me in this world . SERIOUSLY AMAZON HAIR IS BETTER !!!

Awful hair. They lasted me maybe a few weeks until they turned into a tangly matted mess. The length started at 26 and after 3.5 weeks, probably 18 inches. It’s so thin and ratty. It matts in the middle of the hair so it looks like a birds nest even when using the best products. When you wash it, it gets so dry and tangles extremely bad! Absolutely the worst quality hair extensions I’ve ever had.

The hair is luxurious, there is no doubt about that. I have been using their wefts for about two-three years. The first weft lasted me a year. The last two have barely lasted me for six months, which is a shame considering how much this company charges you for their hair. Their customer service is sub par. They offer $350 off an order to make up for the fact their 1k+ hair volume weft extensions barely last for half a year. They forgot to send me the discount code as well - therefore I decided to try out The Hair Shop. If I like them and their customer service, this Bellami lady will be making a switch to a different company.

Try harder, Bellami.

You spend over 1k on this hair and after one brush, the ends begin to split. It’s insane they charge people this amount of money for the quality they’re giving out. They should be ashamed

This hair quality really isn’t good for the money, I paid £860 for 24 inch weft extensions after just 2 weeks the root drag colour faded massively not only that but iv only had them in for 6 weeks and no matter what I use of them they become so knotty so I have to constantly wear in a bun til I can afford another brand. So so dissapointed huge waste of money !!!!

Advertised a Black Friday sale, made a purchase with no shipping update for nearly two weeks, so I emailed asking for an update on my order. The response was that they went ahead cancelled my order and refunded!
I’ve been going back and forth now requesting to speak to a manager and not getting anywhere.
They are now claiming the item is “out of stock” despite showing in stock on the website.
Disgusting consumer service and falls advertising cancelling an order!
