As END. is based in the United Kingdom and all orders are shipped from here, parcels entering your destination country can be subject to import duties and taxes, which would need to be paid by the recipient.

These charges are applied by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and we are sorry to hear of the disappointment caused by the duties charged on this order.

Unfortunately most packages entering your destination country are subject to import duties and taxes.

You are exempt from paying VAT on purchases within the UK however, your local customs office will charge you import duties and taxes on these purchases.

Duties and taxes charges are based on several factors including product value, trade agreements, country of manufacture, use of product and the product’s harmonised code, so this could explain why you may not have not been invoiced for your previous imports.

This policy is clearly outlined in the "Help" section of our website, and we strongly encourage all customers, especially those ordering from outside the UK, to review this information before placing an order.
Doing so helps ensure there are no surprises regarding duties.

Unfortunately, import duties imposed by customs are unavoidable and beyond our control so we will be unable to assist in waiving the fee.

Please accept our apologies for the disappointment caused.
