Our NVQ Courses

We offer Construction NVQ’s starting from Level 3 – Level 7. Our fast-track service enables experienced workers to complete their NVQ in as little as 2 – 4 weeks. Once you have achieved your qualification, you can then apply for your CSCS Black Card and MCIOB membership.

About Us

Endeavour Training is a business specialising in Management NVQ qualifications within Construction. The Company was launched in 2016 after the founder Paul Judge spent several years researching all aspects of the delivery of NVQ’s within the Construction Industry. With the help of industry expert Paul Kent, our founder created Endeavor Training with the aim to be the No1 Training provider of Management NVQ’s and other Construction qualifications in the UK. Most importantly, we pride ourselves on our customer focus and are building a fantastic reputation on LinkedIn and other platforms for quality and service that is the envy of our competitors. We find that many of our customers are coming back to us and recommending us to friends and work colleagues.

The team are very supportive and understanding

I done my works in blocks, sometimes I had to reschedule due to other commitments or unforeseen circumstances. The team didn't make a fuss and was very helpful throughout the time.

My assessor and assistant was very supportive throughout the process.

Administration was quick and easy.
The timetable was tailored to accommodate my other commitments, and the support from my assessor was fantastic.

I completed my NVQ Level 7 with my


I completed my NVQ Level 7 with my tutor Matt Burridge, I was put at ease from the first initial session with Matt, he was on the end of the phone for the smallest question without hesitation and made a point of working round my busy work commitments, I couldn’t fault the experience, and a huge thanks to Matt.
Would recommend Endeavour at a drop of a hat, and will certainly use them again for future training

NVQ L7

If you are Really Ready to do this NVQ L7 and complete it within a tight deadline, it is Possible.
It helped me a lot that I made my goal known to my assessor. And he pushed me to achieve that. Was a bit of a strange feeling, as I`m used to push others, instead of being pushed.
But that`s how I succeeded within the timeframe that I wanted to. And I was really busy with my work and other things, but I made it :)

On the recommendation from a colleague, I chose Endeavour Training for my NVQ Level 7 in construction Senior Management and they have been brilliant. Gary and the team was incredibly helpful and provided fantastic support throughout by simplifying the process. They understand that their clients are busy on projects and have limited time because of their first hand experience within the industry. I recently completed my NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management with Endeavour Training, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the team was extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress.
What sets them apart for me was the guidance they provided not only during the qualification but also after I had completed it. They went the extra mile in helping me understand the next steps in my career, including offering advice on how to progress toward CIOB membership.

Great Experience

Knowledgeable and supportive

Matt my assessor was a great. Knowledgeable and gave good guidance. The Endeavour Team have been supportive throughout and I would recommend them to anyone considering their NVQ.
