Our NVQ Courses

We offer Construction NVQ’s starting from Level 3 – Level 7. Our fast-track service enables experienced workers to complete their NVQ in as little as 2 – 4 weeks. Once you have achieved your qualification, you can then apply for your CSCS Black Card and MCIOB membership.

About Us

Endeavour Training is a business specialising in Management NVQ qualifications within Construction. The Company was launched in 2016 after the founder Paul Judge spent several years researching all aspects of the delivery of NVQ’s within the Construction Industry. With the help of industry expert Paul Kent, our founder created Endeavor Training with the aim to be the No1 Training provider of Management NVQ’s and other Construction qualifications in the UK. Most importantly, we pride ourselves on our customer focus and are building a fantastic reputation on LinkedIn and other platforms for quality and service that is the envy of our competitors. We find that many of our customers are coming back to us and recommending us to friends and work colleagues.

A very professional training provider

Simplicity of enrolment and also scheduled payment scheme.
Friendly customer service & friendly tutors.
My whole experience from start to finish was one of ease, the tutor Mr Burrage was so knowledgeable and patient.
All stages of the modules were explained with great clarity which went along way when completing the module exams.
I can not express my thanks to Endeavor training and to Matt Burrage for their professional approach and assistance in my personal achievement of a NVQ Level 7 Diploma.

Very knowledgeable assessors and flexibly around the demands of your every day job. Excellent understanding of all aspects of construction and especially in relation to differences between the Main Contractors roll and that of a specialist sub-contractor.

Garry Kidd made this so user friendly


Garry Kidd made this so user friendly and stress free! I'm 48 and not the best with IT but Garry took myself and a college through our level 7 NVQ. He didn't rush us and made sure that we were ready (with reminder emails) for all the assessments. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to further their education. And if you do get Garry it will almost be a pleasure...... Thanks guys

Great support and guidance throughout my NVQ Level 6

I’ve just finished my NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management with Endeavour Training, and honestly, the whole experience was really smooth and supportive from start to finish. My assessor was great — always available when I needed help or clarification, and the feedback I got was clear and useful.

The online system was easy to use, and the process felt well organised, which made balancing work and study much easier. I always felt guided and encouraged through each unit. Would definitely recommend Endeavour to anyone looking to progress in construction management — they make the NVQ process straightforward and stress-free.

Level 7 NVQ with Endeavour

I recently completed my Level 7 NVQ in Construction Senior Management with Endeavour Training and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The support from my Assessor Matt Burridge was excellent, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback throughout the process. His knowledge and expertise made the qualification both achievable and highly valuable for my career. The whole process was well structured, efficient and tailored to suit my work commitments. I subsequently went on to successfully complete my Professional Review for Membership of CIOB through Endeavour Training. I highly recommend Endeavour Training to anyone looking to advance their qualifications in Construction Management. Well done to everyone at Endeavour Training.
