Wow the XL salt lamps are so impressive! By far the best salt lamp grade I have ever purchased online it doesn’t leak like cheap fake salt lamps and the warm orange pink glow is beautiful and calming. Lovely stones they look far better than photographed.

Recommended by a friend after seeing her healing stones. Five star worthy for overall gemstone quality and helpfulness.

Found them via a Facebook advertisement. Salt lamp did arrive next day with free delivery and its wonderful during the day and in the evening when lit. Many thanks I would recommend and shop again in the near future.

I ordered in July 25, for some reason I am being asked to review in Aug 26.
My experience was dreadful. Took ages for the crystal to come , poor communication. Took a long time to respond to queries. And the pedestal sent was completely different to the one the photo.

Genuinely terrible. Ordered in loads of time. Never heard back from customer support. Parcel took FOREVER to arrive- ruined my mums 60th birthday as she loves this type of thing.

Order 6 months in advance to avoid disappointment.

Took weeks to arrive! Was very underwhelmed when I opened the package. Very expensive for a small box. The pictures make it look bigger and better

Website/store is a scam.
Made a purchase a month ago ... e-mailed them several times saying I have not received my order.

In that time I have only received one e-mail reply back (10 days ago) stating they would investigate, but have yet to receive any follow up.

Beautiful crystal keyrings that I carry everywhere with me now, has made a positive impact on my energy everyday :]

Labradorite crystal rose is magnificent, a very good grade with bright beautiful and colourful light reflecting flashes. The customer service on the endless guidance websites live chat are very kind and considerate with offering me the opportunity to select the individual piece I wanted and the product was delivered next day, so all round an amazing service.
