121 pounds spent on 3rd of November. 20.dec still not arrived. promising to investigate and nothing happens. No money back, they don't care about their customers. Do not buy, do not waste your money there.

Ai nonsense, no communication, no updates terrible service.

Good crystal business helpful when needed and gemstones are outstanding quality will definitely use them again

The quality of the crystals from this shop are by far the best value for money I have experienced in my time of crystal collecting. Arrive in beautifully gift wrapped condition and look exactly as shown on their instagram profile. I will be using again in near future.

Really disappointing, I bought a guardian angel for a close friend on the 27th November and after a week I chased up why it had not been sent 5/12, explained why I needed it to be sent out and on the 8th I was assured that it was being expedited. I chased on the 15 December and no response so I have asked for a rebate.

Overall a great experience using endlessguidance, order was received as mentioned in emails with customer service and the quality of my gemstones are brilliant including rainbows and of a very high grade to add to my crystal collection.

Ordered on the 28th still hasn’t come when I contacted them they asked if I wanted it reshipped hoping this would solve the issue I said yes and unsurprisingly still didn’t come so stay well away from this. Still waiting for my money back

SCAM avoid. Item never arrived. £25 down the drain

Team are very helpful on the live chat. Crystals arrived exactly as pictured in reasonable time with free delivery service. I will order spiritual decor from here again in the near future. Ps thank you for the surprise gift included in my order.

Speedy express delivery with beautiful gift wrapping

Not worth one star.
Placed order 28th nov and paid express delivery. Now the 11th December and nothing in the post. Contacted them and they said they would process my order again when clearly they didn’t process my order the first time.
I wouldn’t bother buying anything from Endless “bother and waiting for my purchase” Guidance. In the process now of claiming my money back and contacting trading standards. Stay well away from this company.

No dispatch or follow up mail since the order confirmation on the 16th November and this is the message I get when I trace: There was a problem looking up your order. Please try again.

UPDATE! After chatting a few times I have now finally reveived my purchase 19/12 and that is more than a month ago.

My second time ordering both orders arrived next day packed in nice gifting box

Everything was perfect my gifts arrived in good time from endless guidance and were well packaged.

I ordered the crystal advent calendar reduced from £170 to £85 so quite expensive, then I read the reviews and panicked! I emailed the company as the gift was obviously time sensitive , I ordered it Sunday night it arrived in plenty of time on the Friday. When I emailed them I got a reply within the hour which put my fears at rest, great customer service! The item was a lot smaller than I was expecting and for the price, I agree with a previous review much more sizing and contents should be explained on the website so more of an informed decision could be made if it’s worth the price. However Having said that my friend is loving the gift so far and let’s hope all 24 doors bring a quality crystal surprise!
