I've been applying the methods here and it works. After less than a year, my vision is noticeably and measurably improving. But don't trust me - or Endmyopia. This is all done using scientific knowledge which can be found on Google Scholar. There's a lot to learn and this isn't to be taken lightly, but the incredibly supportive community is so helpful.

I have no words to express my gratitude to Jake. He literally made one of my dreams come true, and I now know that I will be glasses free after this long but exciting endmyopia journey ! As a med student passionated about alternative medicine and finding the root cause of diseases, I couldn't be more pleased with everything Jake is teaching, and which is based on science ! Everything is based on science and there's no weird esoteric mumbo-jumbo involved. All the information you'll need is right there... for free! Yes, it takes some time and effort to put it all together and to grasp the concepts involved, but it's well worth it. For those who want a more structured approach or need someone to take them by the hand and guide them through the entire process, there are some paid options as well. But it's really not necessary to pay anything to apply the knowledge shared for free by Jake Steiner. If you can read English and are willing to put in some time and effort to learn, then this doesn't have to be an expensive endeavor at all.
The method itself is quite simple and straightforward once you understand the basics. There's no need for tedious exercises. Improvement happens almost automatically after a while, while you just go on with your life. Yes, you do need to make some lifestyle changes, like limiting your screen time and getting more distance vision (preferably outdoors). But even people like me, who spend at least 8 hours a day in front of a computer due to an IT job, can improve quite rapidly. I've successfully reduced my glasses from around -3.25 to -1.75 in half a year. So there's really no excuse for not trying out this method.

There's also a Facebook group that's a bit more accessible to the general public and a YouTube channel with tons of video's by Jake Steiner.
Jake's manner, his sarcasm and his rants may rub people the wrong way unfortunately. But don't let that put you off! Once you get to know him a little better you realize his heart is in the right place. My eyes focus better and don't feel so strained anymore. There is a lot of information to sit down and read through and it takes time to work. But even after half a year I felt the beginning of results. After a full year even more so and have started to reduce my glasses strength. You can really get all the info you need for free in the wiki and youtube. I recommend you go on your daily walk and listen to youtube. Be prepared to be patient.

An excellent resource for eyesight improvement. It completely changed my perspective towards the eyes. I've been part of the end myopia recovery program for almost 2 years saw very good results with it. Will continue this journey to reach back to 20/20. There is so much heart and intelligence behind this operation. Coming off of optometrist-driven trauma and looking for support and solutions, Endmyopia is a godsend to all of those who've been screwed by the optical industry.
