Top Notch Customer Service!!

Recently purchased the Rabaconda street bike tyre changer from Endurotyres, brilliant service throughout, well packaged with some sweets for a little personal touch. This makes you feel valued for your purchase no matter how old you are, well done Endurotyres !!!

There was an issue using the PayPal


There was an issue using the PayPal link, I called and spoke to someone who was very dismissive and told me to reboot my PC. No effort was made to understand the issue, it was just a brush off as he couldn't be bothered to help. The reboot obviously didn't resolve the issue and I had to use a debit card instead. I have run a substantial IT business for 30 years and I have large help desk, for our clients. I know the difference between a problem with my own PC and a merchants payment gateway. Since the business changed hands, the level of customer service has dropped.
