They act like they’re there for the little guy but in reality they’re in the pocket of the bankers. Fraudsters that cost me my life savings.

Poor customer service harassing intimidating nature

They sent bill in Nov..I paid it straight away..just had a bill from British gas which includes the money I've already paid..bg say get in touch with rhe...rhe say get in touch with bg. All pay say get rhe to contact them...what a joke...could weep....just been told their complaints deep close on 29/1

I’ve always been happy with Robin Hood EBICO but like others the transfer was a right muck up, I sent final readings but they did a big estimate so now in credit which didn’t get sent to new supplier I’ve tried to get a refund but no luck I think I might be saying good by to my credit now they are going into administration

Robin Hood sent over a bill which is incorrect to British Gas. I am standing my ground as l payed off my outstanding balance because I was told I would not be able to move company. I payed them off just before Christmas and move to Octopus energy. I have a bank statement to prove I paid them off. Not paying them no more. They need to sort out there systems as it seems I’m not the only customer they have done that too.

Robin Hood energy sent wrong meter readings to British gas, not by a few units but over 5000. I had all my meter readings written down, non of them were estimated.
A massive bill just before Christmas which I can't prove is wrong.

Disgusted to say the least by this companies standard of customer service, unhelpful, incompetent liars glad they will no longer be running as a business good riddance to bad rubbish. Citizens advice 👍 energy ombudsman👍 I will get my money back. Shame on you Robinhood Energy

Even though I do not use the use tariff when pay as you go , a permanent debt invoice comes. These payments include the periods after the move-in date. Although I have submitted this many times, they cannot solve the problem. I definitely do not recommend.

Takeover by British gas did me a great favour as i was able to escape the nightmare of 2year fixed contract with Robin Hood .Had to involve ombudsman services to resolve issues. Still trying to get my in credit account paid to me as of 27/10/2020.

MY FINAL BILL ARRIVED , THEY CHARGED ME 200£ . I CALLED AND ASKED HOW WHEN I USE A PAY AS YOU GO METER THEY RESPONDED WITH “ IM NOT SURE, BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY IT”.

I am happy with Robin Hood. They send me 65 pounds extra :) thank you

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. I used Robin Hood energy 2 years ago as a student. Our monthly payments were £35 something, however when we cancelled our contract they charged us an extra £240 (which we paid, and have email proof of setting up the payment)!. However 2 years later I am now being chased by Robin Hood demanding this payment claiming that they’re going to take further action and send debt collectors to my house. Absolutely disgusting company, sending threats out to somebody who has had nothing to do with their company for 2 years. I have paid the bill to get the threats off my back, however will be contacting a solicitor regarding this.

Avoid like the virus. Customer service trained by monkeys. Mess bills up. Maybe the sale to British Gas is a good thing.
