Overall a good company. Had some customer service (incorrect billing) issues which were eventually resolved satisfactorily.

we have no gas card we have been asking for 1 from when we moved in and still nothing we cant put no E CREDIT ON WITH OUT CARD so can you please help

We have done all this and they said 48 hours and has been 3/4 days now and still nothing cant even get are emergency on coz of no card we cant keep clean coz no hot water i need this to done asap coz i suffer joint pain a lot worse in the cold i feel like this is very bad in the circumstance that the world is in. and we sent an emails (hotmail and website and tryed the 80818 aswell ) but nothing but you can reply to this but not my email

I RECEIVED ABOUT 3 TO 4 BILLS THE OTHER DAY IT SAID DR AND IN TOTAL I OWE ABOUT 200 ON IT. NO IDEA WHAT THIS MEANS IM A PAY AS YOU GO.SO COULD YOU HELP AND LOOK INTO IT FOR ME.REGARDS PAUL.

What to be said, Robinhood Energy dishonest, loathsome and down right miserable group. They refuse to change my wife's details for mine as account holder she has been out of work for over a year, I asked all the accounts services to be moved to my name. They failed to do that and keep sending out all correspondence to my partner who suffers from mental and physical issues, they seemed to think it was a great idea to generate monies by swapping to a standard tariff and they did it cost me over £500 more for my electricity as they went on there attack of my wife. During this final dealings with Robinhood energy they have been paid so far this year £90, £125 and £270 in the last 3 months and want a further payment not that we ever missed any payments just they refused to move accounts services to my name. At this place and at this time of world crisis the Robbing of the poor and vulnerable seems to be all that Robinhood Energy are doing. I Have had the misfortune in having to talk to them over the last month disappointed is not nearly strong enough. At the most difficult of times these fools send out demands and threats even though they are getting paid by attacking people who really are not in a position to know better r able to cope, well done Robinhood.

For those of us who are on a fixed tariff Robin Hood's reluctance to reduce the tariff given the present economic lockdown is unacceptable. At present wholesale gas prices are very low and Robin Hood are profiting by charging the standard fixed rate.
For a so-called consumer based non-profit organisation they should look at themselves in the mirror - a total disgrace.

The switch from my current supplier to Robin hood energy was easy and effortless. Well done on your customer service.

We're a bit new to this company but sofar OK.

The changeover has not yet been completed so it’s a bit early to rate your performance in this respect. However your performance to date has not been very inspiring with your left hand grossly unaware of what your right is doing . ( or supposed to be doing ) .

With the outbreak of covid 19, the Government have urged pre payment customers to contact their energy suppliers in times of emergency.

Just been on their website, call centre is closed (understandable) but the link they've provided for coronavirus doesn't work...what help is that?

I have a family member who is high risk and worry if we can't get out to top up!
