Searched for best deal. Dave was committed and got me a gas deal two thirds of what I’d been fixed into over the past 2 years. Also £50 a month saving on electricity . Wouldn’t go anywhere else now for my energy .

I thought Jai was a pro at he job, not looking for a quick commission, but willing to understand her customer, see what best suits them & how best she advice, before evn mentioning a suitable energy company. Felt ease with Jai not pushy at all, would recommend Jai & her company to anyone looking to change their energy suppler. Jai was tht good I even phone her back & introduce a new customer to her. With my 2 Eon Gas accounts becoming due Max handled the renewal very professionally and without rushing me despite me saying hang on a minute many times! Managed to get a much better price than originally quoted and very happy to renew via Energy Geeks

Great customer care
Unlike other brokers, this is by far the best customer service I have come across. I spoke to Mitesh and after the first contract I signed up for a second one for our other business. They don’t rush you over the phone and they give you the options without being pushy. They are also very competitive and they have a more personal approach which is in my opinion much needed in this industry.

Communuity Group
As a community group, the key driver for ourselves was cost. Energy Geeks scoured the market to match our current provider's promotional offer. They then went to extensive lengths with the provider themselves, to get an even better rate than the promotional rate! Amazing & thank you!

Customer focussed
Harleen actively listened to my preferences and sought pricing accordingly. She maintained contact throughout the process without nagging and got us some excellent prices. I haven't had an opportunity to test the aftercare, but if it's anything like the initial support it will be great. I have no problem recommending Energy Geeks, and Harleen in particular.
