Amazing customer service, I can’t say enough good things about Wade and his professionalism. For 40 minutes he patiently answered my thousands of questions. Super knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Customer service like this needs to be studied by companies everywhere!

When I called in, I had a problem with the billing of the electric company I used they extra charge with $200.
Zach help was unbelievable he wanted to make sure I was taken care of perfectly and said I will call you back in a couple days to check on it and he sure did today. The phone rang and he said he got your money back.

I have been in the car business all my life and I would have to say her Customer Service is off the charts not only will I give her five stars I think the Superviser that's reading this should actually go ahead and give her a pay raise because of my book. Energy Ogre helped for several years minimize our Galveston TX electricity charges. Then Wade in Customer Service helped with a refund per our move out of the house last year. They backdated the refund to month after we discontinued with our Retail Service Provider.

Wade was very helpful on Oct/27/2027 super easy to switch companies

They were able to help solve an issue with a very difficult energy provider, in Direct Energy, today! She placed them on my do not use list, and was able to process my last and final payment to direct energy! Good riddance to direct energy!
