I’m a new Energy Ogre customer and, so far, I couldn’t be happier that I made the switch. Your customer service representative, Keith, provided me excellent support today in answering my questions and guiding me through the login procedure. I first tried to use the AI agent and it was not useful. I've been using Energy Ogre for a while, and it's been a great, super easy experience. I just recently moved, and Mr David D. made the transfer process extremely easy and made me confident that the transition would be smooth. I'm now in my new place, AC blasting, watching TV.
