Zach was great to work with as I had to sort out a unique problem!

I had my credit card number stolen that I use to pay my monthly dues and power usage bill. I phoned the Energy Ogre help desk number and it took just a few minutes to put my debit card number in and pay my monthly EO bill. My power bill balance wash shown to be paid and I will change my monthly dues bill to my new credit card number when I receive it in a few days.

Wade was phenomenal!! He went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. He will definitely be a reason I suggest using Energy Ogre to friends!!

LaKindra listened to my inquiry and helped me understand the latest terms and conditions of our energy renewal plan. She also reminded me of Ogre customer updates and supported my navigational comments….
