CTek is a terrible product
CTek is a terrible product. I have about 2 that has just died on me. Always sticking to the manufacturer's guidelines and no support afterwards. Please contact me, Agents/manufacturers of CTek products. 082 800 4551

Never in my life have I had such bad…
Never in my life have I had such bad service. I went to Enertec Germiston and was assisted by Jordan one of the technicians. The battery was in the National Luna inverter sold to me and installed by Bushco. Jordan testeted the system and the battery wasn't charging. He removed the battery and gave me a job card (24338) he then said he would do further testing and get back to me. I eventually had to call him on 13/03/2024 after he never got back to me. He said the battery has been laying there all this time and there is nothing wrong with it. I went to the Germiston branch 19/03/2024 to collect this battery. The lady there told me that they are busy moving offices and that I have to go to Cargo Compass where Jordan is. I then went there and he told me to go back to Germiston because the battery is there. I told him no he must please make a plan and get it for me I will wait then we can test it on the National Luna. He came back later on at 16:22 with a new battery and told me I must leave because they are closing. I told him let's test it and he said no sign the papers and leave. I then fitted the battery myself and said see now it's charging. Again he replied you need to leave. This is very disrespectful dealing with a customer like this.
