Enexus Energy Ltd レビュー

The service we receive from Enexus has added an invaluable level of support for our team. We are confident now that our utilities across all of our locations are extremely well looked after. The level of service we receive from our Managing Agent, Rebekah Harrison, is excellent.

We have been with Enexus Energy for almost a year now and it has been a breath of fresh air from our last energy broker who failed to deliver the service we required. Becky and Richard are both very responsive, reply quick and always help us with the various challenges we face. Would highly recommend.

Tommy has delivered again! Exceptional customer service and doing the company proud

I've dealt with Tommy for several years now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Like many businesses, we've felt the pain of increasing energy costs and trying to make sense of an often confusing market. Tommy has always been refreshingly straightforward to deal with. He knows I don't want sales jargon, hidden surprises or complicated explanations. I just want honest advice, clear options and someone I can trust.

He takes the time to understand our business, knows what matters to us, and works hard to find the right deal rather than simply the quickest one.

In a sector where trust is everything, Tommy delivers exactly what he promises: a transparent, reliable and genuinely helpful service. That's why we've continued working with him for years. Highly recommended.

Normally I do not like dealing with energy brokers! To find 'Taste of the west' had a recommended agent on board was amazing. Enexus felt like a genuine partner for our business. Accountable service which saved me a great deal of money as I was in an expensive contract. I would highly recommend members using Enexus and this has been the biggest benefit of me being a TOTW member.

I have worked with Richard at Enexus Energy across several organisations over many years and have consistently found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive.

Richard and the Enexus team take the time to understand business needs, provide practical advice, and identify opportunities to reduce costs while delivering real value.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard and Enexus Energy to any organisation looking for a trusted energy consultancy partner.

the team at enexus are always on top of my contracts for me and always find the best deal great work

Tommy was brilliant, sorted literally everything out for me form start to finish. I use him for all my businesses now going forward! 10/10

Professional, polite and friendly service with detailed information to support advice on market activity. Competitive pricing with a swift and simple process. A pleasure to deal with as always.

Enexus reached out to us here at The Pickaquoy Centre Trust through their business membership with Community Leisure UK, introducing the services they offer to support organisations like ours.
From the outset, their approach was professional, open, and easy to engage with. They took the time to understand our current position and provided clear, honest advice around the energy market and our options moving forward.
Jon and Richard were on hand throughout the process, offering guidance and support at every stage, which made what can often be a stressful exercise far more straightforward to manage.
What stood out was their focus on building a relationship rather than pushing for a quick decision, giving us confidence that their recommendations were genuinely in our best interest.
We now feel far more informed and in control of our energy strategy and would have no hesitation in recommending Enexus to other organisations within the sector.”

Staff were not at all pushy in their sales technique and came back to us with numerous options for a contract from which we were able to easily proceed and secure a great deal for the forthcoming years.

Enexus have been pivotal in supporting our complex organisation in the UK navigate the energy market. They are very easy to work with, they've understood the variations within our business and provide exactly what we need. Any additional queries are also supported and they remove the stress of managing this myself! I am grateful that we can continue our working relationship year on year.

Very helpful, efficient and attentive.
good service, I would highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable without being pushy in any way and always at the end of the phone if needed. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Enexus Energy Ltd.

Tommy was so helpful in organising our new energy contract. From our first phone call, we knew he was right for us. Never once did he bombard us with phone calls and demands. In the end, his deal was the most cost-effective. He is the absolute go-to, and we wish him well. Also worth noting, we found him in the BII Magazine; we would have never known about him otherwise. Happy we made the switch.

We've used Enexus for our last two electricity contract renewals, and on both occasions, Tommy has been incredibly helpful in securing the best rates and terms. He monitored the market closely over a couple of months and let us know when rates dropped, enabling us to lock in favourable deals at just the right time.

It was a pleasure to work with Tommy to get a great savings on my electric. I would highly recommend Enexus Energy.

Tommy & Jon have been incredibly helpful, made switching suppliers so easy! They offered great advice, explained everything and have great customer service!
No hassle, no pushing - highly recommend!

Dan was really helpful. He is always proactive in alerting us to any changes that can benefit us and has gone over and above to secure the best pricing for us with an early renewal

We had a fantastic experience working with Dan and Richard on their recruitment project! From start to finish, they were a pleasure to collaborate with—clear in their goals, open to ideas, and truly dedicated to finding the right fit for their team. Their professionalism and positive approach made the process smooth and enjoyable. We look forward to working together again in the future! An amazing company with brilliant staff who really listen to your needs! Thanks guys! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
