GSM Electrical Fife Ltd レビュー

Solar and battery with EPS installed over 5 days. I did lots of research to identify an installer, getting quotes from 4 different companies across Glasgow & Edinburgh. GSM stood out by offerring good advice during the quotation stage as well paying attention to the details. Evie kept me informed of the process of my G99 application and was always happy to answer my queries as we neared the installation. During the install, the team were very efficient, tidy and on time. This was a complex install with plenty of opportunity to make mistakes or miss something out. So it made sense to pick an experienced company that had a proven track record, was backed by the relevant MCS and electrical trade bodies and had an office team to deal with the small mountain of paperwork that it generates. Overall the work has been done to a high standard and I'm very pleased with the end result and am happy to recommend GSM Electrical.

What a great team, knowledgeable, professional & very tidy! Can’t recommend them enough !

We chose GSM for our solar install as their projections looked the most realistic to us, and they were pretty conscientious about the details. When it came to installation the level of professionalism was very high. They weren't the cheapest option, but we're glad we chose them as they seemed to want to get things right the first time. We'd be happy to purchase from GSM again.

An excellent all round service. From the application process of our solar panels, battery storage and EV charger to the installation and commissioning of the system we found the whole team at GSM Electrical to be extremely helpful and professional throughout. We would highly recommend

GSM have a new customer after the excellent prompt service I received yesterday. They were recommended with good reason by my property agency..I had endured 8 days of the relentless high pitched shrill bleep of new interconnected smoke alarms with dying batteries and had annoyed an entire block. The superb Marie in Reception despatched Electrician Malcolm and enthusiastic apprentice Stephen.Within an hour they had replaced a smoke alarm and put new batteries in the other two. They were professional, expert, kind, sympathetic, and concerned. It’s not yet Chrismas but we wanted a silent night!

Good communication. Smooth, reliable and fair price.
Not disappointed so far!

I have used this company a number of times. The reason that I’m a returning customer and why I’m happy to write this review is this: Reliability, competence and courtesy.
The costings are accurate and commutations are clear. What more could I ask for?

I use GSM for all electrical work on my flat. I always find the work carried out swiftly and professionally.

Thank you. Great peace of mind with this team. From first contact to finished job - great professional service.

GSM installed solar panels and battery storage at my home recently and from initial quote to installation I was really impressed with the professionalism of Greg and his team. Everything was clearly explained to me and I was kept informed at all times. I would be more than happy to use GSM for other electrical work in the future

From my first contact with Marie in their office to Reece giving a quote (I couldn't refuse), to electrician Jamie and his apprentice Arran doing the work, I have not been disappointed these guys are friendly, courteous and highly professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Super company.

When choosing a PV panels and battery provider, GSM came highly recommended to us and after the complete process we pass on the same recommendation. From start to finish everything went smoothly and quickly with no pressure to buy. Everyone on the installation team was courteous, respectful of our property and hard working. Cable routing and equipment fitting were completed with the minimum of impact to the fabric of our house.
Thank you to all at GSM for a very successful project.

I recently had a Hive EV charger installed by GSM Electrical, and I must say the service I received from start to finish was outstanding. The process began with a visit from their team to discuss my preferences and requirements for the charger installation. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and provided helpful advice to ensure the setup would meet my needs.

When it came to the installation itself, the team was incredibly professional, efficient, and meticulous. They completed the job quickly without compromising on quality, and the finish was neat and tidy, blending seamlessly with my property. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and the care they took to ensure everything was done to a high standard.

I also want to highlight the exceptional support I received from Lauren, the Operations Manager. She was incredibly responsive to my emails, answering my questions promptly and keeping me informed at every stage. Her professionalism and communication skills made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by GSM Electrical. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone considering an EV charger installation

GSM installed a solar panel and battery system for us. Everything about our experience with them was absolutely outstanding. When we first sent an email enquiry in, the wonderful Lauren was on the phone to us within 10 minutes, and this set the tone for everything that followed. There was no hard sell when Greg came to discuss our requirements, and no pressure to sign a deal by a certain deadline. He just designed two systems that suited our needs and let us make our minds up in our own time. Once we decided to go with their proposal, it was just a week or so until installation began. Rory and the rest of the team were very friendly and respectful, and extremely efficient. Rory was also very knowledgeable and kept us clearly in the picture about everything. They completed the job in two days, even though the roofer called in sick. Throughout the process, Lauren was a pleasure to deal with, answering any questions very promptly and pleasantly. When the team found a leaking pipe in our eaves during the installation, they immediately got a plumber to come and check it out in case it had been caused by them. Even though it hadn’t, the company offered to make a payment towards the cost of the plumbing bill as a goodwill gesture. This really is going above and beyond. We will certainly be going straight to GSM for any future electrical work, and recommend them in the strongest terms to anyone looking to install solar or needing any other electrical work doing. They are literally the best trades company we’ve ever dealt with.

Have used GSM for various jobs and always a great service. Office admin and electricians are organised, friendly and helpful.

We commissioned GSM Electrical to upgrade our PV System by installing an additional battery.
It was great to see that the standards of superb service have been maintained throughout the company, from Lauren and her team in the office through to Rory and his team carrying out the installation.
The battery was delivered by Rexel Couriers just ahead of Rory arriving on site so even this was synchronised perfectly. Gary, the delivery driver, was helpful and friendly making sure the battery was left in a position that was handy for the installation but not in the way for us. First Class.
Rory and Harris arrived on time as usual and despite having to reconfigure the existing installation slightly to get the new battery where I preferred it, the new battery was positioned and commissioned in a couple of hours. This also included a firmware update of the existing battery.
As before the area was left clean and tidy.
I would continue to highly recommend this company if you are considering a solar panel installation.

GSM recently installed an EV charger at our home, we have used them previously and they were our first choice for this work. The job was done quickly and professionally and we are delighted with the results. We would have no hesitation recommending them to others

Used GSM for solar panels and a battery. Excellent customer service and advice from the whole team through out the process. Would recommend highly

GSM team was superb to deal with. Lauren, Greg and Rory, who I had the pleasure to speak to, delivered great customer service. The installation of solar panels + battery went smoothly and completed within the timeframe agreed. I'll definitely contact them again for future requirements.

We have just had a Solar Panel / Inverter /. Battery Storage system installed by GSM. We are returning customers and are very pleased with the work that has just been completed by GSM.

From project start to finish, the customer experience has been excellent- this includes: Initial Survey, Office Communications, Installation and testing of the works.
