We had an amazing time at the Usyk vs Dubois fight, Aimee's quick turnaround meant we got tickets within 48hours of this event, she kept me up to date with the process throughout and she delivered! Could not thank her enough, cant wait for the next one :)

Generally good. Some confusion over not eating red meat and allergies. which was a bit odd! Lots of media attend these events so a making a few sockets available is always a good idea (though I found one)

Attending Friday Practice at Silverstone with Engage Hospitality’s ICON was a great experience. The location provided excellent views of the track, including Maggots & Becketts, we were right in the heart of the action. From the grandstand we also had views of aintree and the wellington straight. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the day, making the experience seamless from start to finish. The food and drink offerings during the day were fantastic with a great selection available throughout the day. Added touches like guest speakers, simulators, and the pit stop challenge made the day even more engaging. A premium hospitality experience that truly delivered.

Planning and information provided before the event was very helpful and made hosting and dealing with our own customers/guests simpler. Once there, the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful throughout the day. The food was excellent, especially considering the scale. The bar was well stocked with quality wines and beers and champagne, which certainly was free-flowing.

Booked last minute and Lucy couldn’t have been more helpful. She went above and beyond, staying patient and professional even when a few friends dropped out at the last minute.

She managed to secure us tickets for the Icon area at Silverstone – amazing views and a complimentary bar all day (from 11am!).

The Hole F1 experience was a great, Brilliant day, food and table service was 10/10 beside only serving Heineken lager a couple of other choices wouldn't have gone a miss.

We were very well looked after throughout the day, with staff always close at hand, ready to fill a glass or offer us more food, all of which was excellent. They were without exception both helpful and charming. Our host Chris, who had a large number of guests to look after, was unfailingly attentive and made sure we were introduced to fellow guests. We felt privileged to be able to watch the practice from such a perfect vantage point and in such a relaxed fashion. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day and we are grateful to have had such an opportunity.

Having been to this event a number of times in the past I thought year was below standard. There were too many people packed into the room and the tables were too small for the number of guests, meaning we were sitting on top of one another. In addition and as a result of the above the queues for the food were too long.
Finally, whilst I understand the need to control portions constantly being told that you could only have one of something when you didn't take all options e.g. four sandwich options and only selected two, so why do I have to ask for two each of those. This makes little/ no sense when other guests are ordering 12 beers/ any other drink of choice and makes for a poor experience.

Staff were very friendly, getting drinks was fine but food felt very tight. Servings were limited. Solution would have been to go to multiple food serving areas but couldn't be bother with that.
