Would give zero if I could.
This company are literally scammers. I refunded a product, and they took the product back and kept my money.
They literally are operating illegally, I would avoid at all costs. -1000000 experience

I brought a pair of pliers from Engineers Collective and received them a few days later at a rural address, fast and hassle free to deal with.
Excellent communication with shipping. Good product. Thanks very my EC will definitely return:)

I purchased some turnbuckles and had one fail while tensioning. Called multiple times to lodge a complaint for a collection and a refund but never returned my call. Also emailed but still no responce. Finally spoke to someone who said someone else would sort but then took another week for another person to get back to me. Still waiting on collection of faulty materials and to get a refund on these products. Would not recomends as the company is just a third party clipping the ticket on the way through from the supplier.

Great service and fast delivery. I purchased and bench grinder and it arrived overnight, what more could you ask for.

The customer service and response time was amazing. Item was sent off quickly and professionally. I had an issue with the courier that is not this companies fault, however the people at engineers collective when above and beyond to assist me and get me my parts on time. Thank you
