Communication was great from start to finish, really easy for us to follow as we're first time buyers so wasn't quite sure what to expect. Our survey was booked for 5.11.24, we had the report back the following day which we're really impressed with. The report is clear and easy to understand, everything is explained really well in there. The price of the survey was also very reasonable too! Thank you

England Property Services provided a competitive quote for a level 3 survey of a residential property. The instruction was managed via a portal and specific requirements were dealt with easily by email and phone. The survey was carried out within a few days of first contacting the firm and the report was available the following day. Also Joe phoned before finalising the report to discuss his main findings. We were impressed with the firm and would have no hesitation in recommending them
