Hazel gave fantastic customer service, going to great lengths to help me get an unconventional delivery sorted. Would definitely buy from Engrave Drinks again.
I urge everyone to reconsider before buying from this website & to take a look at the other reviews here who also got damaged bottles. I ordered a bottle of Moet for my parents 30th wedding anniversary. The bottle has came damaged. It has damage lines down the front of the bottle, it's so bad I cannot give it to them as a keepsake. I reached out to engrave drinks, and their response was that there wasn't anything they can do. Following this, I've just had a call from their customer service team, who as a goodwill gesture offered for me to order another bottle (paying for it again) and this time they will personally check the bottle before it goes out. They will not issue a refund on the bottle as it's no use to them as it's engraved, ironic, it's no use to me either after paying full price. It's very disappointing. Their reasoning behind this is that the bottles may come in damaged. Understandably from the manufacturer, however, what's disappointing is that Engrave Drinks take no extra care and courtesy for their customers of checking the bottles before they are sent. And also to be upfront about this risk on their site, that you are paying full price for a risk of a damaged bottle. Of course it's hidden in the depths of their T&CS.
Anyone spending hard-earned money, especially through this time, be careful. You take a complete risk that this bottle will be damaged & you will have NO customer focussed solution to help you.

Bought a personalised bottle for a friends 30th.
As soon as the bottle arrived we could see the packaging was damaged and upon opening the packaging and taking the plastic bubble sleeve out we saw straight away that the cork had been snapped and the plastic film had been ripped. We took photos straight away and emailed to the support team. They seemed helpful at first and advised they would speak with the courier service.
Of course the courier service admitted no wrong doing at all (why would they?) and the support team went on to blame me and my partner on damaging the bottle whilst taking it out of the plastic bubble. I then went on to advise again that we had not even touched or taken the bottle out of the bubble wrap as we could see the damage to the cork straight away.
I just feel disappointed that we were being accused of damaging this bottle. Not once did we accuse the courier of damaging or engrave drinks of damaging, when the bottle could have been damaged upon packaging or during delivery, but we haven’t made assumptions as we are not sure what happened to the bottle on its way to us. So for engrave drinks to imply that we damaged it is shocking.
It might be worth asking the courier services that you use to send you pics of when they’ve delivered something going forward to stop anyone else receiving damaged goods and then being blamed for it!

Ordered for a present. As soon as i emailed with a few questions for a response straight away. Customer service was great. When placing order i was apprehensive as to how it would turn out but once it was delivered i was delighted with the results. Will defs use again for other birthdays in the future.

Fantastic - 5 Star. Their website stated next day delivery if ordered before 4pm. I ordered during the Covid19 pandemic for a retirement gift and it arrived safely the next morning. Great service and very nicely presented as well as securely packaged for transit.

Ordered as a birthday present, beautifully engraved, well protected for transportation and prompt delivery.
Very pleased with the service received. Website easy to navigate, especially when using the personalisation service. I had one small query, which was quickly sorted by Hazel, and I received the item within days of ordering (no mean feat in the current Corona-climate!). Will certainly consider using EngraveDrinks in the future.
Excellent customer service, I would very highly recommend them. I ordered an engraved bottle of Courvoisier XO. The bottle came beautifully engraved and I was extremely happy with it. It arrived in a very protective cushioned bubble wrap, which is fine but I also wanted the original box it came in. I didn't realise you needed to ask when ordering that you required the original box. I called their sales team and spoke to a lovely lady called Hazel. She was extremely helpful. She said she would see if they still had any in their stock and would send it out to me. If they didn't, she said she would ask their supplier if they could provide one. I received the box the very next day which I thought was fantastic customer service. I would definitely use Engrave drinks again. Nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks, especially Hazel.
I wanted a “One off” that Engravedrinks normally didn’t stock. They helped me obtain this product and I was thankful. All the way through they kept me informed and I know the person who the present is for and many more of my contacts are going to request details for this unique company USP. Thanks Engravedrinks.
My first order was placed 20th January 2020, arriving several days later via the Royal Mail 48hr tracked via their 3-5 day free delivery option.
The standard engraving is slightly smaller than I thought it would be but I could have paid extra for several different optional larger text sizes instead.
I telephoned Engrave Drinks Monday morning 17th February 2020, placed an identical order with Hazel, with exactly the same 4 lines of engraving, in the same font and text size with the free 3-5 day delivery. It was delivered Thursday afternoon 20th February 2020 via Royal Mail on the 48hr Tracked service.
The bottle is securely wrapped in a special air bubble sleeve tube inside a cardboard box.
Please note, that the bottles do not come complete with the original Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut NV box, if you would like it to be included, you must ask at the time of ordering if its available and it will be included free.
I wasn't aware of the above fact on the first order but had read it on their T&C's afterwards, so I enquired about the situation when I placed my second order, the packaging was flat folded inside.
If I require any other bottle to be engraved, I would not hesitate to use Engrave Drinks again.
Purchased various photo and text engraved bottles, for different milestone Birthday gifts. All items arrived in perfect ,well protected condition and text and photo engraving was of a great quality snd made excellent personalised keepsakes.
On contacting Hazel in customer services via email, all questions were answered promptly and items recieved well before my cut off dates.

Ordered a personalised bottle of VSOP Courvoisier late on Thursday night & it was delivered by Royal Mail on Saturday morning. It was very well packaged so arrived in perfect order & I was delighted with the contents.
From the disgruntled reviews you have read. Hazel has been amazing. My Bottle of the cheapest whisky as my old friends best tipple . Engraved to perfection. Delivering on time. Made a 70yr old man happy. Easily recommend to my business contacts for more work. Thank you
As my wife said the state of my gift is a disgrace they didnt bother changing the bottle just use the other side and when completed the reply was "put a sticker over the mistake!!" what the hell !
After me and my wife put these reviews the company called and emailed her direct to push the blame on her. It almost turned into harassment the amount of calls and emails blaming her and thr best they offered was if we paid over £30 for a new bottle they would grave it for free. She also over paid for extra lines she never got but no offer for a refund.
never use if you want to impress the person you buy for.....

ordered a bottle and it came back all wrong took it back to be sorted they gave me the same bottle back with wrong engraving on one side and the correct one on the other side. the gift was completely ruined so was my husbands 50th birthday gift. emailed them and in short the reply was "tuff".since this the best offer we got was to buy another bottle at over £30 and I would get the engraving free !! After a number of nasty emails where all they were only interested in blaming me not the Engraver nothing was resolved even after pointing out I paid extra for more than the one line I got there was no offer to replace the bottle or refund for the lines i never got. so avoid at all costs if you want that special gift and no a special gaff...
