Appalling afterâsales support and disregard for UK consumer law
I ordered an S3XY Dash from Enhance Automotive which arrived with a cracked screen protector, and the power cable jammed and damaged during a completely normal installation following their own instructions. Rather than treating this as a straightforward case of faulty goods, support repeatedly tried to push the cost back onto me â first telling me Iâd need to pay for a new screen protector and cable plus separate shipping charges, including to return the faulty unit.
Their position then changed multiple times. In one email they suggested I pay around â¬20 for the screen protector, â¬10 for the cable and â¬20 shipping on each, totalling roughly â¬70 just to fix a damaged screen protector and basic cable. In a later message they floated the idea of refunding return shipping only after inspection, and then in another email they claimed their âsolution remains as it isâ while actually proposing a different combination of part costs and shipping each time. At no point did they offer a clear, noâcost repair/replacement or a full refund with all reasonable return costs covered, as required for faulty goods under UK law.
When I pointed out that this isnât a matter of opinion but a breach of UK consumer law (goods not conforming at delivery, remedies needing to be provided without charge, trader responsible for reasonable return costs), they simply framed it as a âdisagreementâ and doubled down. The final email effectively gave me a short deadline to accept their unlawful offer âuntil the 14th of Aprilâ and stated that if I wasnât satisfied, they âcannot help any furtherâ â despite never offering a lawful remedy in the first place.
They also tried to argue that factory processes and packaging meant the damage âcould notâ have happened, and that theyâd had no similar reports, as if that removes their responsibility once the product reaches the customer in a defective state. It doesnât. All they had to do to resolve this properly was send a prepaid return label and either replace the faulty parts or refund the order in full, including reasonable return costs. Instead, they chose to change their story, ignore clear legal obligations and put a timeâlimited ultimatum on an offer that shouldnât have been made in the first place.
What an absolute disgrace of customer service.

Really surprised by the negative reviews. I have used the company with a previous model Y and have had the commander, 2022 MY knob and now the Juniper Knob with buttons. I was initially abit irritated I had to repurchase the knob when changing models but to be honest the quality, functionality and support have been excellent. The company provides major functionality that I use daily. Email has been slow to respond however there are significant increases in purchasing from what I can see. There is a huge community on discord with company staff that reach out to troubleshoot issues. This resolved a minor issue I had recently.

Wir haben eine Bestellung aufgegeben, die im Nachgang als B2C verbucht wurde, obwohl es sich um einen Unternehmenskauf handelte. Die nachtrÀgliche Korrektur auf eine B2B-Rechnung (mit gÃŒltiger EU-USt-ID) ist zwar möglich â allerdings nur gegen eine zusÀtzliche ServicegebÃŒhr von ca. 35 USD.
Dieser Hinweis ist im Bestellprozess nicht deutlich hervorgehoben, sondern lediglich in den AGB geregelt. Meiner Meinung nach sollte bei der Eingabe bzw. Nicht-Eingabe der VAT-ID klar und unÃŒbersehbar darauf hingewiesen werden, dass eine spÀtere Ãnderung kostenpflichtig ist.
Eine Rechnungsberichtigung als âServiceleistungâ zu behandeln und dafÃŒr eine separate GebÃŒhr zu verlangen, halte ich persönlich fÃŒr problematisch und nicht besonders kundenfreundlich.
Mein Rat an andere Unternehmen:
Unbedingt bereits im Checkout darauf achten, dass die USt-ID korrekt hinterlegt und validiert ist â sonst kann es teuer werden.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered with a signature, but it was simply lost. Even after I provided all the evidence, they replied only once a week, and I received a refund only after DHL compensated them. In the end, I waited almost three months for nothing, and they never sent me a replacement set.
In the UK, other companies refund customers immediately and deal with the courier themselves. Here, youâre forced to wait until they sort it out.
Result: wasted time, no replacement, and a long refund process. Beware!

Poor quality and zero support â avoid this brand
I bought a S3xyKnob from Enhauto (Order #477B-035F) in November 2024. After a few months, the paint started peeling off and the knob detached, despite normal, careful use (no alcohol, no liquids).
Their support first blamed me, then asked me to ship it back at my own cost, even though EU law clearly states the seller must cover return costs for defective products.
Horrible experience, unprofessional customer service, and no respect for consumers. Buyers beware.
Make sure you check what your buying.
I assumed I was buying the full package that included the S3xy knob (not much use without it imo). But obviously I made a mistake somehow!!!!! Customer service offered a discount code!!! Having already spent â¬271+ including an extra 2 sexy buttons that I don't need ( obviously my I.T. skills are not great!!!) I could now spend a further â¬285+ to get my s3xy knob and a SECOND COMMANDER AND EXTRA WIRING etc.... which I can have as SPARES!!!!! not a happy camper....

The sexy stalks arm truely crap. We bought two left indicators arms for our highland Tesla.
2 broken arms within a week of use. The plastic arms are WAY to flimsy both arms broke same place inside the console. One broke clean off, the other arm start rotating inside the plastic console. We have pictures to show the damage.

Ich habe bei BRACK Schweiz nen Commander & Knob bestellt. Der Commander war nach 20 Minuten Betrieb kaputt. Nach Ìber einer Woche "rumfummel" mit dem Enhance Support (welcher in Bulgarien ist!!) Musste ich 19⬠GebÌhr voraus-bezahlen damit sie das Teil reparieren.
Das Premium Ding kostet Ìber 300 Kröten!! Dann erwarte ich auch nen Premium Service!
Also betet, dass euch das Ding nie kaputt geht.... weil dann geht ne nervenzerreissende odyssee los.

I have two commanders for my Model 3
I have two commanders for my Model 3: one for the new Highland version and one for the old one. I installed the knob, stocks, and commander on my new one, but I encountered a few issues. When I contacted their support, they were incredibly helpful and responded promptly, providing detailed and attentive assistance. Their product is amazing, and their customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend them.

Bought enhanto s3xy stalks and commander on 19th December 2024, product was to arrive late feb or early march but didnt arrive till end of March. I installed both stalks and commander however quickly realised one stalk was faulty in that it did not return to neutral position. I sent 2 videos of the issue and they acknowledged it was "abnormal". Asked for replacement but told to send back stalk for inspection and possible repair leaving me without a stalk. I returned the stalk via tracked post and still await replacement. Very poor customer service.

There are few companies that work as well as you! From the careful packaging, to the very convenient arrow system for gluing Stalks, to the very detailed video explanations, to the continuous updates, to listening to customer requests, to the many and very useful options of the Commander! With the handles that open the hood and above all unlock the charging port you have solved one of the very few things that bothered me about my Tesla (along with the direction indicators!). Don't change your work methodology, growing as a company!
