Thank you for the pleasant contact and the high-quality tuning part (carbon front grille).

I emailed Aerocarbonuk about getting some custom clear taillights made for my Audi S3. They replied within a day and answered all my questions. We were back and forth for a couple of days and they were always very helpful.

The price was not much more than a standard pair of stock taillights so 100% worth the cost. Once everything was payed for, i was told that i would recieve a tracking number within the week, which was correct. There was a couple of issues with delays due to me ordering just before Christmas but i was reassured by the Aerocarbon team over email and they, once again, replied within a day.

Overall a a great experience from Aerocarbon even with the delays from the shipping company.

Do not purchase anything from them. They will not respond to you when you need help with their broken products. I warned you already!

Bought a body kit for my Mercedes GLE. Customer support was very helpful. They made sure that the body kit fit my car. I received my order on time. Definitely will buy some more parts from here again.

Got my G20 kit from these guys. My car was totally transformed! Very happy, would recommend!

Ordered a trunk spoiler and they sent the an item from another car model. I have sent them photos and videos via email and on tbe site chat showing that it does not fit and they ignore me afterwards. Lost 800€

Excellent service and communication from start to finish. The item was dispatched promptly, and the seller kept me regularly updated throughout. The item was quite expensive, so naturally I was concerned when the courier mis-delivered it. However, customer service kept in regular contact, provided peace of mind by taking responsibility, and ultimately refunded me in full even before their claim with the courier was officially resolved. Although the order couldn’t be fulfilled, their handling of the situation was reassuring and professional.

Ordered and paid for parts. Nothing got delivered. Not even a tracking number. No response at any e-mail all from them.

Items were delivered with in 7 days of order. Was very happy with the quality of the carbon.

Never received goods, don't respond to support requests and had to get Klarna to step in and refund, good thing I used their platform for payment.

I placed my order for a car part on December 6th. I haven’t gotten any updates at all. It doesn’t even say that my product has shipped yet. I have bought several car parts from other places including eBay which came way faster. They need to do better.

Absolutely horrible experience with them! Ordered my product, never got any updates, I did try to contact the company 5 different times with no answer. Parcel took too long. Not installed, but expecting more issues to arise. Bad experience altogether do not buy from
