Started speaking with Truman Woodworth who was very thorough, polite, easy to follow along with but unfortunately, he was not licensed in Michigan where I live. Truman forwarded me to Steven Orthun who also was very informative, patient and answered all my questions. I am a satisfied client.

The gal I talked to was very helpful but I am waiting to see if the dental insurance I got will work for me. The dentist that I have is not on the plan with you and there are really none in the area . I am hoping it will work. So I am waiting to see. I have a dentist appt soon.

I cancelled the Dental Insurance because I wasn't given the opportunity to choose paper billing it was automatically chosen for me. And to change to paper billing would've been an extra 6.00 that's not the way to do business. Will I recommend you all No
