Excellent people skills
My agent Jennifer Frede is hands down the best agent I have ever worked with. She was so patient and kind. It made me feel so comfortable and enolling with her. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything. We need more people like her in this world.

The agent had not called back. Parents are signed up -- money is taken but no final signature done. I was told will be getting email for elctronic signature and have not reveived it yet. Have called office.
