Alquilé en mayo - junio del 2025, la fianza debió haberse. dado 60 días después de la salida. No sucedió. y ahora estando abril del 2026 no danrespuesta

MÉFIANCE Dépôt de Garantie non restitué, malgré un état des lieux de sortie parfait le 31/07/25, et aucune dette locative. Les multiples relances sont restées vaines.
Procédure en cours d'injonction de payer européenne via le Portail e-Justice européen.

Total scam. Stayed in one of their rooms for 1 month 8 months ago and havent gotten my deposit back - despite contacting them over and over through every possible channel. They keep giving you the same excuses as they have absolutely no intention of paying you back - try to waist your time redirecting you between departments. Dont waste your time staying here of you will end up paying more than double for one room. Also if they have also detained your deposit dont waist your time and go straight to the court as I am about to do. They will try to dodge every other amicable attempts. Best of luck.

I'm still waiting for my deposit refund since September 2025. I waited a lot and sent multiple emails to them. I even tried to reach their office in BCN but there is no one there that can really help me.

This is the story: My contract ended on July 31th, and I waited 60 days (by contract 60!!). Then, I received only emails with bullshit stories about internal issue ( that is not my business).

I will attach the typical email I receive everytime I ask for the refund.

He estado en una habitación de esta empresa, y de la nada en noviembre de 2025 y teniendo contrato hasta junio 2026 nos indican que debemos irnos del piso como máximo en 1 mes por reformas en el mismo (lo cual fue todo mentira porque únicamente querían alquilarlo a otra gente), siendo ya abril 2026 y habiendome ido en diciembre 2025 por lo que ellos indicaron que debíamos irnos, aún no me han devuelto la fianza (y eso que han firmado el finiquito y lo reconocen). Siempre que llamas te dan largas y que ya te pagarán pero nada cambia. Pésima empresa. Iniciaré acciones legales.

NO DEPOSIT
I moved out on 22 of december, by the contract I waited 60 days to get the funds back, however it did not happen. The company refused to send me an INCASOL number (place where all the deposits must be by the law). I waited for a month and sent them a burofax (an official complain letter) - it also did not work. Here and on Google Maps reviews there are plenty of people in the same situation.
Because of all this I had to file to the court. We will see if I get any improvement on my case. So far it's been 3 months without my money and the final document signed by both parties stating that they owe me the deposit in its entirety back.

I have rented a sharing apartment from Enter Coliving, but due to visa delay I haven't come to barcelona, my studies get postponed to this year, and this company promised to refund my security deposit, and I am writing to them every month for refund since October 2025 and still I haven't get my refund they are just saying we are facing some problem with Finance team. So Please be Aware of the Scamming Company, They are fooling Students.

Mon fils a loué une chambre avec Entercoliving jusqu’au 31 août 2025 et à ce jour (avril 2026), malgré une quinzaine d’e-mails et réclamations de ma part, je n’ai toujours pas récupéré la caution correspondante. Et cela malgré 3 mails d’excuses et de promesses de remboursement de la part d’Entercoliving.
Ne leur faites pas confiance !

Update:
over 3 months have passed since I finished renting with Enter.

When I was out of the country they terminated my lease early and effectively forced me out of the apartment. In the process of doing this, they lost my belongings. They have NOT provided any explanation of what happened to my belongings and refuse to engage on the issue.

My deposit has not been returned and I do not expect it ever to be returned.

The only engagement I had on any of the above issues was with a manager called Bruno. He abusive and threatening on the phone. He screamed down the phone at me and then hung up.

I cannot stress to anybody reading this - DO NOT RENT with this agency.

Approaching a year without getting my deposit back

Entercoliving is now 23 days overdue on my deposit refund of €900, which they are contractually obligated to pay.
Despite contacting them multiple times—including the CEO himself—the only response I receive is that the "financial department is busy."
It appears Entercoliving's administrative practice is to reinvest customer deposit refunds immediately, while failing to schedule payments within promised deadlines. When I raised this issue, my complaint was disregarded as a "small customer problem," forcing me to wait indefinitely.
This administrative protocol is unlawful and shows total disregard for contractual obligations.

!Entercoliving, you are legally and contractually obligated to refund my €900. I expect immediate action.

Borg betaald en huur, na 1 dag bleek het appt vies, vol met rook en drugsgebruik, hele dunne wanden en zeer gehorig. Wasmachine was defect. Het stonk en ik kon niet slapen. Direct klacht gestuurd, niks mee gedaan. Ben na 2 nachten naar een hotel gegaan omdat ik moest slapen en studeren. Totaal 1600 Euro betaal incl borg en extra voor mijn hotel. Ze komen voortdurend met slappe praat en herhaling, soort 'gaslighting' verhuur tactiek. Heb meerdere mails gestuurd. Deze week mijn sleutels netjes ingeleverd op hun verzoek op kantoor, omdat ze een nieuwe huurder hadden. Geen ontvangstbewijs gekregen, geen refund-actie, helemaal niks. ze houden je geld. Zeer onbetrouwbaar!!! Pas op hier te huren!!

Mi hija no recuperó el depósito, es una forma terrible de manejar la situación. No puedo creer que sigan en el negocio! Simplemente dejan de responder a los correos electrónicos y mensajes, una empresa terrible!

I am writing this review to formally document my experience with Enter Co-Living in Barcelona.

I rented a room for two months and vacated the property at the beginning of September. On September 11, after delays on their side, I was provided with and signed a “finiquito” (settlement agreement). This document clearly confirmed that there were no damages to the room and that my deposit would be returned within 60 days.

The 60-day deadline passed on November 11. I did not receive my deposit.

Instead, I received a generic email citing “internal administrative backlog” due to the summer holiday period. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails requesting confirmation of payment and a concrete repayment date. I have received no substantive response and no timeline for reimbursement.

To be clear:

There were no damages.

A signed settlement agreement confirms the amount owed.

The agreed repayment deadline has passed.

At this point, the continued withholding of my deposit is unjustified and constitutes a failure to comply with a signed contractual obligation.

As a tenant, any delay in rent payment would immediately result in penalties or enforcement action. It is unacceptable that the same standard of accountability is not applied when the company owes money to a tenant.

Due to the lack of resolution and absence of meaningful communication, I have initiated formal complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities and am proceeding with legal action to recover the funds owed to me.

If you are considering renting with this company, I strongly advise you to ensure you fully understand the risks regarding deposit returns.

As of today, my deposit remains unpaid. I will update this review once the matter is resolved.

Retraso injustificado en devolución de fianza

En el contrato de terminación consta:
- Descuento de fianza: 0€
- Plazo de devolución: 60 días desde la firma del documento de salida

Firma: [10/11/2025]. Fecha límite: [9/01/2026].
A día [9/03/2026] han pasado [120] días y no he recibido la devolución.

He escrito en varias ocasiones y las respuestas son vagas y genéricas, sin dar una fecha de pago, alegando “problemas de staff” y “alto volumen”. Mencionan que le darán prioridad a mi caso pero nada ha cambiado.

Me he dado cuenta que hay un montón de reseñas en distintas plataformas reportando situaciones similares, lo que sugiere que no es un caso aislado. Si esto se resuelve, actualizaré la reseña.

Tuve que dar un ultimatum previo a mandar burofax, y hacer reclamación con la OMIC (Oficina Municipal de Información del Consumidor) además de realizar una denuncia ante la Generalitat de Catalunya (Agència Catalana del Consum). Esta es una de sus respuestas:

Todos en Enter han dado buena respuesta, en especial Analex me ha ayudado en mis extensiones de estancia en tiempo y forma. Recomiendo Enter y eso que ya he conocido otras plataformas de renta, me he quedado con Enter.

Absolutely unacceptable. I still haven’t received my deposit back after four months. Every time I follow up, I get a new excuse and empty promises, but no actual refund. At this point it’s clear they’re just stalling. Keeping someone’s deposit for this long with no resolution is completely unprofessional and frankly scandalous. If you value your money and your time, think twice before dealing with this place.
