I called thinking they wouldnât be helpful - but was pleasantly surprised to a, speak to a human and b, and extremely pleasant one named Kerrie. She was so understanding and helpful and transferred my tickets to a venue closer to me.

Purchased Motown tickets in Jan - couldnât find the confirmation email for next weekâs show. Emailed past 7pm and received an email indicating that they will look into my query in the morning ( when the office is open) and get back to me. 9.15am the following day, received a further reply with my confirmation email resent.
