Needed a couple of cloudplate coolers for our server racks and we needed rear exhaust but ordered the wrong ones! Harry was fantastic, I just wished we rang him first so he could have given his amazing knowledge in the first place but he just quickly arranged a return. such a great service with great products. will be using again next month

Wouldn't accept return within 14 day online returns period. Left £160 out of pocket. Won't be using these guys again.

Edit for detail: The cooling fan was noisier than I expected and therefore I asked to return it after only a couple of hours of use (and within 14 days). This is something which you couldn't find out without trying the product. The company refused any refund (even partial) for this which in my opinion isn't compliant with the regulations so I will leave my 1 star rating as is. I would also note that I retained all of the original packaging so I think the claim that the item was fully devalued after less than 5 hours use is unfair (and even if it were slightly devalued, surely a partial refund would be appropriate).

The other items I ordered were good, however I would avoid ordering a high value item unless you have had the opportunity to try it first elsewhere.

After investing in a Marantz AV Receiver I read several articles on heat management and the general consensus was to go ahead with an Aircom cooling system.
I chose the T8 and bought it on a Friday and it was delivered the following Monday.
Great service and communication.
Not only that, the unit is the same size and profile of the Marantz NR.
After an easy set up I just leave it on 29oC / Smart.
Definitely recommended for piece of mind.

4 stars as the delivery process is odd and caused me a moment of concern/ confusion. I received an email from DPD Local delivering a package from Breeze Botanics not Enviro Advance. There is nothing I can find to link these companies, but when I searched my email for the tracking number it matched. I emailed customer service to check and they just responded it was correct, no explanation. Not a big issue but I would not associate a fan for my AV cabinet and botanicals.

DPD didn't even bother to attempt a delivery that I was sat in waiting for. Total rubbish. Kate, by contrast, was amazing. Really quick responses, even around 8pm at night when I made an initial enquiry. Provided a range of options re the delivery failure, and is just a really pleasant person to speak to. Thank you!
