Good fast turn around and friendly service.

Good service provided for two identification samples.
Results (certification) returned promptly, with details of asbestos materials identified.

I was very pleased with everything, but would like to mention a couple of things : do use a spray bottle to dampen the area as suggested, I used a sponge which meant I got the sample all over my hands /gloves which meant when it came to taking off the gloves I got some of the artex on my hands afterwards (although the test came back negative 😉). Also the results I received on the Friday after the Tuesday that I posted, this wasn't a problem but after the second day I started to wonder whether the sample had got to it's destination.

I found it easy to order what I wanted on the website. The pack arrived very quickly and it was easy to get the sample sent and the result arrived very quickly too.

I placed the order for an asbestos test kit. It arrived a couple of days later, with all the sample bags, all the PPE required to take the samples safely, and instructions on how to take them. I took the samples to the Envirochem lab in Fareham, and got a test report back by email a couple of days later. As a bonus, no asbestos was found, which mean I can now get the job started without concerns.

Great service and results of test through promptly. It would be helpful to have some guidance as to the level of the asbestos in the material eg, sparse or dense.

Quick same-day turnaround for asbestos testing

This is the second time I have used the fibre identification service for asbestos. Fast turnaround.

Ordered a kit to test an Artex ceiling for asbestos.
Kit arrived first class the following day.
It included a mask,gloves and coveralls.
I scraped an area of the ceiling dropped it into the poly bag provided.
Then into the jiffy bag provided and then sent off to Envirochem.
Within a short time I received an email with the results from Envirochem.
In my case there was no trace of Asbestos in my ceiling.
I needed this for the Kitchen company as a guarantee for any drilling or cutting out during their replacement of our kitchen.

Test was completed quickly and received email results quickly and at a great price, very good

Excellent fast turn around from a UKAS lab (asbestos sample test). A step by step guide with photgraphs on how to send/package samples would help but I managed fine. Thanks
