After ordering the environmental badge, unfortunately it didn't arrived at my home in Hungary. After about 10 days, I realized it probably wouldn’t come, so I wrote an email to environmental.com. Their response was quick and helpful, but since I had to travel to Germany, they kindly agreed to resend the badge to a German address in Duisburg.
However, something went wrong again — I stayed there for four days, but the badge never arrived, even though the tracking status said it had been delivered. After returning home (luckily, I didn’t park in any restricted zones, so I wasn’t fined by the police), I contacted them once more. They resent the badge again, and after a few days, it finally arrived.
Next time I travel to Germany, I’ll be able to park anywhere. That’s why I’m not selling my car. :)

Dårlig leveringstid
På hjemmesiden var det beskrevet, at min ordre bestilt inden kl. 1200 ville blive sendt så den var fremme efter 2 hverdage. På 4. dagen er den stadig ikke leveret. Alle relevante oplysninger er uploadet som beskrevet på firmaets hjemmeside.

Très bon suivi de ma commande, je n'avais pas de carte bancaire car renouvellement et pas moyen de payer par un RIB depuis mon domicile. J'ai du dû passer à la banque pour que celle ci envoie mon ordre de commande. Merci pour votre patience et efficacité.

It was easy to find and work through the website to make my registration, They were quick to respond, constantly informing me as to the progress and the expected delivery date, The sticker arrived as expected in 4/5 days with details of where to put it and how, ( Very clear instructions! ). Je ne savais pas qu'il fallait une vignette ecologique pour se rendre en allemagne et devant m'y rendre prochainement je n'étais pas sur de l'avoir a temps.
Après plusieurs envoie de mails ,j'ai reçu hier celle-ci et du coup je vais pouvoir honorer mon projet. J'ai eu de très bon échanges très sympathiques et soucieux de faire le maximum pour me satisfaire. C'est chose faite et je recommande vivement cette entreprise .
