Great customer service
I have placed the order very easily. Unfortunately the shipping service (Ceska Posta) has lost my package, EnvironmentalBadge.com communicated with me on this regularly and clearly and we managed to resolve the problem (new sticker was sent with no extra fee and tracking number, which arrived exactly 2d after shipping, so I can finally go to Germany for the weekend). Great customer service was provided to me along the way.

Nie dostałam swojej przesyłki …
Nie dostałam swojej przesyłki pomimo że została ona wysłana ponad tydzień temu, napisałam do CS dostałam jedną odpowiedź i cisza. Przesyłka nie jest mi już nawet potrzebna bo musiałam na szybko załatwić sprawę w punkcie w moim mieści i ponownie zapłacić za tą usługę. Na wiadomość o kontak w sprawie reklamacji nawet nie dostałam odpowiedzi.

Chcielibyśmy jednak dodać, że od samego początku staraliśmy się jak najlepiej rozwiązać ten problem i pozostawaliśmy z Tobą w kontakcie. Odpowiedzieliśmy na Twoje powiadomienia i zaoferowaliśmy różne opcje ponownego wysłania paczki, abyś mógł ją otrzymać.
Rozumiemy, że zdecydowałeś się na zakup podobnej usługi lokalnie, więc zaoferowaliśmy pełny zwrot kosztów za nieodebraną przesyłkę. Niestety, z powodu błędu technicznego zwrot nie został przetworzony natychmiast, ale gdy tylko poinformowałeś nas o tym, natychmiast podjęliśmy działania i środki zostały Ci zwrócone.
Jeszcze raz bardzo przepraszamy za wszelkie niedogodności i zapewniamy, że staraliśmy się jak najlepiej pomóc w tej trudnej sytuacji. Dziękujemy za cierpliwość i zrozumienie.

Excellent Speedy Service - Highly Recommend
I have driven through Germany before en-route to Czech but never ventured into a city so I had a sudden panic last week when I realised I needed an environmental badge for my overnight stay in Leipzig and Stuttgart, only 1 week away. Having researched and found Environmentalbadge.com I took a chance in the hope that the badge would turn up in time for my trip. I placed the order at around 06:30 on Friday 8th August and much to my relief the badge just dropped through my front door.
Superb service, extremely efficient, badge was printed and dispatched the same day and arrived within the stated 5 business days, well worth the £18 charge and then some.
