Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent purchase and return of the pre-loved iPhone SE.
We acknowledge your concerns; however, we feel it is important to address the situation clearly. Upon inspecting the return, our team discovered an abusive letter included in the package. At EO Distribution, we value and respect all our customers, and we are committed to providing excellent service. However, we do not tolerate abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff under any circumstances.
As a result of this behaviour, we opted to issue a full refund instead of sending a replacement device. This decision was made to maintain a safe and respectful environment for our team.
We encourage constructive communication and are happy to assist with any future queries or purchases, provided mutual respect is upheld. If you have any further questions regarding the refund, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for your feedback and for working with us on a solution. We're happy to hear that your previous orders with us were very positive, and we appreciate your 5-star review on Trustpilot from last July. We're sorry to learn about the recent difficulties you've encountered.

Upon reviewing the situation, it seems the charge you experienced was due to an error on Royal Mail's part. We supply pre-paid return bags with our account number and barcode, so the postage costs should be billed directly to us. If there was an issue with the barcode, we wish you had reached out to us immediately. We could have arranged a collection for you, but it seems this problem was not flagged at the time.

Regarding the phone, please note that all our devices undergo rigorous physical and system checks before being listed, ensuring they are fully functional. While we strive for swift dispatch of our orders, we aren't able to fully charge every phone before shipping due to time constraints. Instead, we include a charging cable with each item to help you get started. However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you again for your feedback and for working with us to find a solution. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out directly. We hope you'll choose us again in the future.
